Contemporary and energy efficient buildings... in a garden setting Our Cedar Garden Room range offers elegant, eco-friendly and durable spaces to complement and enhance your home and garden. Our design team will work closely with you to create a garden room solution that fits your needs. Our garden rooms offer perfect solutions for office space, home gyms, studios, playrooms, additional entertaining spaces or guest rooms. All our garden rooms are built using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs); a structural frame made from a layer of rigid insulation sandwiched between two timber panels, resulting in an extremely durable, energy efficient and cost effective building that can be used all year round. Benefits: Quick and clean installation - most buildings are up and running within 2-3 weeks. Cost effective - low running costs and great value buildings compared with an extension. No planning - our buildings usually fall within permitted development requirements. No damp - wrapped in a waterproof, breathable membrane allowing moisture to escape whilst retaining heat. Simple foundations - buildings sit on a concrete pad, allowing installation on uneven ground. Low maintenance - a hassle free, advanced building system, requiring little maintenance. Our Cedar Garden Room Range All ranges are available in 4 different sizes The Cobham The crisp and contemporary lines of the Cobham model walls are continued up into the flat roof creating a modern and clean design. The design s hard lines contrast well against surrounding foliage within a garden setting. The Horsley With a slight arch in the roof, the Horsley model offers a slightly softer approach to a similarly modern design. The arched roof offers greater headspace within the interior. The Ockham A more classical approach to an outdoor building, with the pitched, gable roof providing a more traditional styling. The gable roof constructed using the modern building methods creates a harmony that complements houses and gardens of all eras. 5

External Cladding All our models are clad in high quality Western Red Cedar, 18mm by 150mm. The high levels of natural preservatives within the wood remove the need for additional chemicals to be added, creating a virtually maintenance free natural material. Western Red Cedar s light colour allows it to sit well in a variety of different settings, complementing the aesthetics of a garden without dominating a landscape. Roofing With an insulated core and contemporary finished composite powder coated metal skin, the roof aids insulation whilst remaining maintenance free and along with the building structure, is guaranteed for 10 years. 12
Windows and Doors We use double glazed aluminium units in all of our Cedar Garden Rooms, providing excellent insulation of the building. They are furnished in Anthracite Grey to complement the brighter nature of the cedar cladding. Insurance grade locks ensure the building s security. A forward thinking approach. SIP components are made by joining two structural facings around a foam core. This factory controlled method of building forms a structure that is extremely durable and energy efficient, greatly reducing costs. Once formed, the SIP component is surrounded in breathable membrane which allows moisture to escape naturally from the building, reducing any risk of damp but keeping warmth within the room. 13 Exterior sheathing Interior sheathing Foam core
Electrics and Lighting All buildings are equipped with a full electric package, creating a fully furnished, homely environment.
