The objective of the roundtable will be to share and discuss with experts in the field of public management cases illustrating the concrete measures to address youth employment which have been launched in Arab Mediterranean countries since 2012 and the emerging or expected results. The round table will also be an opportunity to analyse the critical success factors which are creating a culture of change in human capital development policies in the region. Evrard, Professor, HEC Paris and D. Bourgeon Renault, Professor, University of Bourgogne Summary: This panel will debate the opposition between universal culture and regional characteristics in the cultural field. Soldo, and B. Tiberghien, senior lecturers, IMPGT, Aix Summary: Evaluation today covers a large number of practices, diverse both in their objects, their purposes and their contexts of implementation. This roundtable examines the role of the evaluation in the conduct of territorialized cultural activities. Three major topics for discussion are proposed. The first is the issue of actors involved in the evaluation process, the second is on the purposes of the process in themselves and the third is on the implementation of the evaluation. Various speakers will present and discuss their experience as patrons of an evaluation. The panel of speakers will cover a variety of organisational realities (status, tasks, teams ) to question cultural management and its specificities. Speakers: D.
