Their primary role is to support the sales team by developing relationships that drive new sales and business growth while delivering superior service, speed and quality. The Sales Support Specialist II is also responsible for ensuring that new leases and loans originated conform to the Company s operational risk standards with discretion to evaluate such standards to confirm that assets of the company are secure. Build relationships and partner with our third party vendors / dealers to influence and support business growth. This is done through providing exceptional customer service and regular and proactive communication between sales team members, vendors and/or customers, and other internal departments such as credit, booking and customer service. Problem solve in a prompt and professional manner. Understand the financing request and ensure that the Documentation Package fits the requirements of the deal, channel, third party vendor requirements, and internal operational risk or legal policies and procedures. Prepare appropriate financing documentation as required or review and evaluate submitted third party financing documentation. Execute financing documents within authority levels. Ensure risk mitigating procedures have been appropriately followed, including but not limited to appropriate collateral evaluation, lien perfection, insurance, credit conditions are met, documents countersigned within appropriate signing authorities. Ensure contracts are priced appropriately and/or develop pricing quotes as necessary. Be an expert and train third party dealers / vendors and sales team on business process or documentation requirements. Ensure that deal files and systems are accurately documented to ensure that vendors are appropriately funded and customers are set up and billed correctly. Influence pipeline growth with dealers and/or vendors and manage the pipeline and forecast production. Drive continuous process improvement by providing input to the development and implementation of processes that create a high level of customer satisfaction.
