1 Purpose of the Document This document contains all information to: Validate that key prerequisites such as software components and versions match the customer situation. Check that all prerequisites for a customer implementation are in place Check that correct content, tools and skills are in place before the project starts. The document will list different kinds of requirements on package level if they are valid for all Scope Items included in the package. For requirements valid for certain scope items only, these scope items are mentioned. The document contains pre-requisites only, not the procedures to meet them. 2 Technical Requirements This section contains technical requirements in different areas. 2.3 Active Business Functions Required Functionality in this solution package requires certain business functions to be active in the SAP landscape. These business functions need to be activated: Product Business Function Configuration or Data required Relevance SAP ERP On-Premise Cost Center Accounting Cost Center Master Data All Scope Items EC Payroll Payroll Configuration required All Scope Items 2.4 Connectivity The following connectivity is required: - RFC connection of type 3 - ABAP Connection between your SAP ERP Finance and EC Payroll system using a technical ALE user for the login - RFC connection of type G - HTTP Connection to External Server between your SAP ERP Finance system and SuccessFactors - Middleware System (Dell Boomi AtomSphere ) Setup o Setup SSL o Create Atoms o Create Environments o Assign Atoms to Environments o Deploy the Integration Packs o Assign Environments to the Integration Packs o Set up the Environment Extensions for the Integration Packs For more information please see the Configuration Guide -Getting started. 2.5 Authorizations The following authorizations are required based on the delivered template role: System User Role Remarks Employee Central Payroll SAP_HR_PA_EC_EE_REPL The role provides the necessary authorizations which are necessary to process the replication of employees. But it does not provide the authorizations to execute an enterprise service in general. To achieve this you need to add other roles to your user.
