Integrating the feeding line with the fineblanking press can significantly increase process reliability and system availability. This ensures that the overall system is prepared in the best possible way for the fineblanking or forming process. COMPACT FEEDING LINES Efficient and space-saving speed FEEDING LINE VERSION For maximum productivity Feeding line for up to 100 strokes per minute The considerably shorter configuration is mainly due to there being no pre-feeder or loop bridge. At the heart of the equipment is the CompactFeed feeder leveller. The special feature of the CompactFeed is its hinged levelling unit, which allows thorough cleaning of the levelling rollers and rapid and simple threading in of the metal strip. The roller frame is held in position hydraulically. The levelling unit and feeding rollers are vented hydraulically (and separately). The first and last levelling rollers are located on the top.
