Project & Freight Forwarding ISS Palumbo has been working in the oil and gas industry for more than 40 years. During this time, our Global Project Freight Forwarding division has transported over 5 million paying units across the globe ranging from big machinery, industrial modules and port cranes weighing up to 1,000 tons each. Vessel Chartering for worldwide major ship owners and brokers in the oil and gas industry is part of our core business. In the project cargo business, unpredictable events are commonplace. With our vast experience, we can find the best way to solve any potential problem that may arise during the transportation process. Our experts work with our customers technicians from the outset, in order to study and analyse all the shipment s requirements. Customers are also able to choose the best solution for them from both a technical and financial perspective. Our Vessel Chartering department work closely with ship owners to charter vessels for our customer s shipments (both part and full cargo), by checking and planning all technical, legal and commercial aspects. We also offer a range of supporting ancillary services to enable us to provide our customers with a door to door service, which they can track at any stage of the shipment. Pipe Handling and Transportation ISS Palumbo has extensive experience in the port logistics sector, with particular expertise in assisting the oil and gas industry. Our work includes transporting pipes for pipelines on vessels and offshore transhipments in particularly difficult conditions, delivering insulated pipes to special pipe laying vessels and built a pipeline to shift all the structures for the offshore installation of the anchoring and gas transmission turret of the FRSU (Floating Storage Regasification Unit). www.iss-palumbo.com 18

Landing Craft Vessel ISS Palumbo has an investment in Comarco Palma Ltd., a company owned 50%-50% by ISS Palumbo and Comarco Mauritius Ltd., which owns the landing-craft vessel Comarco Palma. This unit (DWT 1750 tons) was built in 2014 and it is equipped with all the most modern and up to date electronic devices able to ensure a safe navigation and the most effective performance of loading/unloading operations. It also can boast two deck cranes among the most recent and performing currently available in the market.
