ACCOUNT MANAGER: MY NETS ACCOUNT Full and Half Season Ticket Holders Only: TicketMaster s Account Manager is your one-stop shop for all online account management. Account Manager is the easiest way to make deposits and payments, renew your season ticket package, forward tickets to your friends, track ticket usage and update your profile. As a premium ticket holder, you will also receive special ticket offers that can be claimed online. Log onto www.njnets.com to access your NJ Nets Account. See your Nets Account Manager brochure for detailed information. Account Manager Passwords: In order to log-in to your Nets Account Manager, you must have your account number and password. If you have never logged into My Nets Account please contact the VIP Access & Experience Department to obtain your password. Once you have logged in for the first time, you may change your password. PLAYOFF TICKETS/TICKET BOOKLETS Full Season ticket holders will find their 2010 Playoff Tickets included in their regular season ticket booklet. In order to activate your Playoff tickets, you must contact your VIP Access & Experience Manager during the renewal period. As in past seasons, Half Season ticket holders will receive playoff ticket information with their renewal package. TICKET TRADE POLICY Applies to Full and Half Season Ticket Holders (paying $10.00 or more per seat per game): The Ticket Trade Policy allows Full & Half Season ticket holders to trade in unused tickets for tickets to designated games. You can trade in your unused tickets by mailing them in advance to your VIP Access & Experience manager 7 business days prior to the requested trade game or by bringing your unused tickets to window 16 in the Arena Box Office on any game night. Any ticket trades of 15 tickets or more MUST be mailed in to your VIP Access & Experience Manager 7 business days in advance of the game. Additional tickets and parking passes are not eligible to be traded under any circumstances. Seat assignments are based on availability. EXPANDED TICKET TRADE POLICY We re pleased to offer an exciting addition to the Nets Ticket Trade Policy by providing Season Ticket Holders who pay $10.00 or more per seat per game the opportunity to trade up to 4 unused Nets Tickets for events at the Arena. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK? -You must mail the Nets tickets you want to exchange at least 7 business days in advance of the Nets game. Tickets received within 6 business days or less of the date of the ticket being requested to trade will not be accepted for this program. -Mail the 4 unused Nets Tickets to the VIP Access & Experience Department with a REQUEST* to trade in your unused tickets for an upcoming event of your choice. -Once we receive your request we will contact you with availability of the upcoming event at the IZOD Center. The shows available for trade are based on availability. If your

requested show is not available you will be given the opportunity to trade your tickets for an upcoming Nets trade game. *Please note that tickets may not be available for some shows and the opportunity to provide tickets for events is based on availability. Events that are eligible for this program must take place between December 2009 May 1, 2010. TICKETMASTER TICKETEXCHANGE PROGRAM TicketExchange is Ticketmaster's online service that enables fan-to-fan transactions. Buyers simply select the ticket(s) they want based on price and seat location, without having to bid against other buyers, without having to coordinate delivery from anonymous sellers, and without the gamble that the tickets are legitimate. Sellers are guaranteed payment for tickets sold, without having to collect payment or deliver the tickets to the buyer. Please refer to the account manager section for more information. ADDITIONAL GAME TICKETS You can purchase additional tickets at a discount directly from the Nets throughout the season. Simply complete the Individual Game Order Form that was included in your season ticket package and submit it to the Nets VIP Access & Experience Department or contact the VIP Access & Experience Department at 201-635-3411. Additional tickets are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP ALL ACCESS CARD The Nets are please to bring back another great benefit available exclusively to full and half season ticket holders. The Nets VIP All Access Card will afford you increased access when attending games at the IZOD Center and discounts from some of our corporate partners. Among the benefits of the VIP All Access Card are access to the arena, via the box office entrance, an hour and a half before tip off (6:00PM for a 7:30PM tip-off), and access to Season Ticket Holder Only lines at the permanent concession stands located outside of sections 105, 111, 119, and 125. The VIP All Access Card does not provide access to the All Access Lounge, the Courtside Club, or the Winners Club. ONLINE TICKET SERVICE The Online Ticket Service program is an online ticket resource that allows organizations and companies to promote specially discounted tickets to their employees. Tickets can be purchased individually by the employees of the organizations/companies that choose to participate with us. You can sign your company up today to receive exclusive discounted Nets tickets and to take advantage of the special ticket offers that we are able to provide. You print tickets directly online and bring them with you to the arena- no waiting in line at will call. There is no cost to your company! This is simply an added benefit of being a Nets Season Ticket Holder.

CHARITY TICKET DONATIONS If you will not be using your tickets for an upcoming game, you may donate your tickets to a charity by using your Nets Account Manager. The charity will be listed on the Account Manager page. Please note that you must donate your tickets at least 72 hours in advance of the game. Be sure to visit the all-new www.netsstore.com your online source for team apparel, gifts, novelty items and more. Take advantage of the easy online ordering and exclusive season ticket holder discounts. When ordering online only, full season ticket holders receive 10% off their purchase and half season ticket holders receive 5% off their purchase. Your discount will be determined at time of purchase based on your account login. Merchandise can also be purchased during the games at the stands located on the arena concourse. You are strongly urged to safeguard your season tickets. If your ticket is lost a replacement may be printed by using My Nets Account. You may also contact the Nets VIP Access & Experience Department or go to window 16 in the arena Box Office on the day of the game for ticket reprints. REFERRAL PROGRAM Get paid to be a fan and receive 3% back. As an added benefit to being a Nets season ticket holder, we are paying ticket holders for referring new Nets fans. Refer a friend or business associate to the Nets sales team and if they purchase a full or half season ticket plan, we ll take 3% of the referral amount off your bill or provide you with a check in that amount. NBA All-Star game ballots will be distributed at Nets home games during the voting period. You will find balloting boxes at select areas on the Concourse, in select Season Ticket Holder Lounges, and in the Box Office. Fans have the opportunity for their voice to be heard by selecting the starting five for the East and West All-Star teams! Fans can also vote during this time online by visiting NBA.com. ANTHEM SINGING (NATIONAL ANTHEM) For fans interested in singing the national anthem at a Nets Basketball game, please send in an acappella rendition of the national anthem on CD, DVD, VHS, or cassette. Check local listings and www.njnets.com for updated broadcast listings. CHILD TICKET/LAP SEAT A lap seat ticket can be purchased for any child aged 2 or younger. The ticket must be purchased day of game in the Box Office at window 16. The child must also be present when purchasing the ticket. This ticket allows for a child to sit on the lap of an adult in his or her regularly purchased game seat. Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court will be immediately ejected from the game. Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only. There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing. Guests will comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures. Guests will also be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behavior. The arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejections without refund, revocation of season tickets and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. On game days/nights, Nets representatives are located at window #16 at the Arena Box Office through half-time and on the concourse at Gates A & C through half-time. PARKING Full season and Half Season ticket holders are eligible to purchase prepaid, reserved parking. Full/Half season passes provide access to the garage adjacent to the Arena. Parking passes are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Parking lots open three (3) hours prior to event time. Tailgating vehicles may occupy only one (1) parking space. Before the game, shuttle bus service is provided from the east side of Giants Stadium (near Lot #10 at the Pedestrian Bridge) to Arena Gate B. After the game, shuttle bus service is provided from Toll Plaza 22 (adjacent to Gate B) to the east side of Giants Stadium (near Lot #10 at the Pedestrian Bridge). Any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Arena (there is a limited pass out and return at Gates B & D during half-time only). Patrons twelve (12) months and older are required to have a ticket. Exit/Re-entry into the Arena is not permitted. Retain your ticket stub to allow Ushers to verify seat locations, as tickets are checked continuously throughout the game. Standing in the walkways or in the seating areas for the physically challenged is not allowed. Foul language and abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Immediately notify the nearest Usher or Event Safety Representative of any problem. Any disruptive or unruly person may be ejected. Violation of Arena policy or state laws may result in ejection, fine and/or prosecution and violators may be barred from future Meadowlands events. Offensive and vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. Patrons who wear obscene clothing will be denied admission. The Nets reserve the right to revoke season tickets. SECURITY There are Event Safety Offices located in the Arena Box Office Lobby (between Gates A & D) and on the exterior of the Arena (between Gates B & C) on Arena floor level two. NETS OFF THE COURT The Nets will be offering a limited number of Read to Achieve events to Season Ticket Holders. The NBA s Read to Achieve is a year-round campaign to help young people develop a life-long love for reading and encourage adults to read regularly with children. The Nets Read to Achieve program includes various events such as reading time-outs, player appearances, school visits, and book drives. Throughout the season, the Nets All- Star Reading Team visits schools and libraries to emphasize the importance of reading and receiving an education. The Ticket Influencer Program delivers greater access than ever before. The program is designed to indentify key season-ticket holders and throw a catered cocktail party in their home, with guest appearances from players, coaches, or front-office executives.
