MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING 01 GMOS FERRYBRIDGE MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING Our engineering workshop based in the heart of Yorkshire is a comprehensive heavy engineering facility. We have an extensive range of machine tools which, together with our team of highly skilled craftsmen, consistently deliver exceptional performance. The GMOS engineering workshop was established over 40 years ago as a mechanical engineering service provider to the power industry. This facility is now available to undertake sub-contract machinery and fabrication services to the UK market. Significant investment in new equipment, including the latest CNC machine tools, means we can manufacture components to the highest standards and exacting customer requirements. MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING 03 MANUFACTURING Spare parts can be manufactured and supplied to customers drawings or, where detailed manufacturing information is not available we can re-engineer components, capturing the required information from samples. Our machine shop has a range of modern CNC machining centres available to undertake sub-contract machining and component manufacture. We have a range of CNC lathes and modern milling machines. 0.01 0.01mm tolerance on positional accuracy
MAINTENANCE AND ENGINEERING 04 REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT Our workshop is superbly equipped to deal with a wide range of components and provides quality repairs and refurbishment of engineering equipment, such as pumps, valves and gearboxes. Specialist Engineering Services We have specialist skills in the repair of steam, gas and renewable power plant components.
