Litter Pick Up 1 The caretakers shall police the area immediately in front of the Main Entrance to buildings to Daily pick up/remove litter. Brass & Bright Metal 1 All brass to hand reach is to be maintained smudge free. Weekly Light Bulb 1 The Caretaker is to supply and install replacements for burnt out tubes/bulbs as they occur As required Replacement throughout the building. The exceptions are for fixtures higher than 10 Ft., and Exit Signs. Carpet 1 Corridors, Student/Faculty Lounges 4 X Yearly Extraction/Shampoo 2 Offices Areas Yearly 3 Temporary Walk Off Mats Yearly 4 Permanent Walk Off Mats 8 X Yearly Day PATROL Staff Caretaking will supply sufficient Staff to Patrol/Police all areas of the public areas of the Daily Mon to Fri buildings including lobbies, corridors, washrooms, lounges, eating areas, stairwells, and 07:00 to 15:00 hours - auditoriums. Patrol staff answer emergency calls for spills, floods etc., and replacement of burnt out bulbs. Staff are equiped with cell/mike phones.
