Go to www.urautoloads.com To view Available orders click on Search Orders or sign in You will land in the sign in screen, enter your user and password. This User name and password will be supplied from. During the launch of this site, use user name: urautoloads with password: demo123 to gain view only access.
Search Orders Once logged in, the carrier will be able to view available traffic. The Search Orders screen will show the following as illustrated in Figure1 Origin State / Destination State Pair Matrix Vehicle details for selected areas Screen Inputs o Origin state / region o Destination state / region o Today, all orders available today and back o Date range Specify dates o InOp includes in-operable vehicles o Loads only (full loads or more than 1 car) o Specific United Road order numbers (if available) Figure 1
Select the Origin / Destination regions / states of interest. Additionally, carrier will specify data range (if needed) and other options to view available traffic. Once all information has been selected, use the search key to continue. See figure 2 Figure 2
The find available orders screen will display the orders that fall within the selection criteria. Carrier selects the order(s) that they wish to haul by checking the box next to the order ID number (to the left) Use the Request Checked Orders button to continue. See figure 3 Note: the carrier must be able to pick up and deliver with the parameters set forth in the latest pick and delivery section. Assign Orders Once the orders are selected, before the orders can be assigned the carrier must specify the Pick up and delivery information. See figure 4 Figure 4 For example to specify the pick up and delivery dates, click on the date and time in the pick up / delivery field. See figure 5 and 6. Figure 5 - Enter pick up dates
Figure 6 - Enter Delivery dates Once the date and time are correct, click the green Check box If the date and time are not correct and require changing, use the This process has to be completed for each order. Once a unit has been assigned to a carrier, the result of Assign Orders message will appear. See figure 7 Figure 7
The Assign process is complete at this point. Note that the Assigned box is checked for the specified order. See figure 8 Figure 8 The carrier can print / fax / email the Bill of Lading (BOL) by checking the order and clicking the get BOL for checked button. See figure 9. Figure 9

Un Assign Orders To Un-assign: The un-assign process allows a carrier to take themselves off a load. This can only happen if the vehicle has not already been picked up. If the vehicle has been picked up, and you need to un-assign, call URL dispatch at 888-298-2973. Check the unit that you would like to un-assign and select Un-assigned checked See figure 11 Figure 11 You will receive this warning once you hit the Un-assign Checked button see figure 12 Figure 12 If you wish to continue with the un-assign click OK
Once the system has processed the request, the following screen will display confirming the request to Un assign the unit. See figure 13 Figure 13
IN Process The final process, once orders are assigned, is to update the system with the actual pick up and delivery times. The In Process screen allows the carrier to update the actual Pick and delivery information. Priority Orders will be marked in Red Using the same concept as the assign screen, the carrier can update actual times by entering the actual date and time of pick and delivery.. See figure 14 Figure 14 Once the date and time are correct, click the green Check box This process has to be completed for each order.
Bulk Checked To update pick and delivery date on multiple orders use the Check All function. Select all selects the orders displayed. To update the orders with the same pick and delivery information click the update checked button. See figure 15 Figure 15 Update all the pick up times by clicking the box next to the pick up time. Figure 16 Figure 16 Once the box is checked, click inside the pick up box and the calendar and clock will appear. Select the pick up date and time and hit the Apply to all orders button. See figure 17. Repeat this process to update the delivery date and time.
