Activate Labor Management at Warehouse Level You can use this procedure to activate Labor Management at warehouse level. 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Activate Labor Management. 2. Set the indicator LMActive (Labor Management is Active) for the appropriate Warehouse Number, for example 0001 Central Warehouse. 3. Choose Save. Define Activity for Picking with Labor Management You can use this procedure to create the new activity for picking with Labor Management. 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Define Activities. 2. Choose New Entries and enter the following data: Warehouse No. 0001 Activity Description Process Cat. 3. Choose Save. Define Warehouse Process Type Indicator for Labor Management You can use this procedure to create the warehouse process type determination LM. 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Cross- Process Settings Warehouse Task Define Control Indicators for Determining Warehouse Process Types. 2. Define External Process Steps You can use this procedure to define the necessary external process steps ( and CLEA). 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Cross- Process Settings Warehouse Task Define Process-Oriented Storage Control. 2. Choose New Entries and enter the following data: External Step Description Int.Process Step CLEA Cleaning INDL (Indirect Labor) External Step Description Int.Process Step Pick with Labor Management PICK (Remove from Stock) When you enter the Internal Storage Process Step, the system sets the Direction automatically 3. Define Warehouse Process Type You can use this procedure to copy the warehouse process type 2010 to the warehouse process type. 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Cross- Process Settings Warehouse Task Define Warehouse Process Type. 2. Select Warehouse Number 0001 and Warehouse Process Type 2010, and choose Copy As. 3. Enter the following data: Warehouse No. 0001 Whse Proc. Configure Automatic Determination of the Warehouse Process Type You can use this procedure to create an entry for the warehouse process type determination for with the warehouse process type determination indicator LM. 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Cross- Process Settings Warehouse Task Determine Warehouse Process Type. 2. Specify the Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal You can use this procedure to add to a storage type search sequence for stock removal. 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Goods Issue Process Strategies Determine Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal. 2. Choose New Entries and enter the following data: Warehouse Number 0001 Whse Process Type / Group Storage Type Search Seq. RemR 3. Choose Save. Assign External Process Step to Activity You can use this procedure to assign the external process step to the activity. 1. Activate Labor Management for Internal Process Steps You can use this procedure to activate Labor Management for the internal process steps PICK and INDL. 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Activate Labor Management. 2. Select the warehouse 0001 Central Warehouse and double click on Activate LM for Internal Process Step. 3. Choose New Entries and enter the following data: Step Description LMActive PICK Picking Set this indicator Step Description LMActive 4. Choose Save. ... Define Engineered Labor Standards for Picking You can use this procedure to create a formula for picking and enter the engineered labor standards with the new formula. Create a Formula for Picking 1. On the SAP Easy Access screen in SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Settings Labor Management Formula Editor. If the system asks you to enter a warehouse number, enter 0001. 2. Select Formulas for Engineered Labor Standards and choose Create. 3. Enter the following data: Formula WGHT Description Weight * 10 Active Set this indicator 4. To enter the formula, make the following entries: a. In the bottom left area double-click the field A_Weight (Weight) b. In the bottom right area double-click the field * Multiplication c. In the bottom middle area choose Number and enter 10. 5. Choose Save. Enter the Engineered Labor Standards with the New Formula 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Determine Engineered Labor Standards. 2. Select Direct ELS Definition on the left side, choose New Entries and enter the following data: Whse. No 0001 Step Obj.-Typ Formula Active 3. Choose Save. Define Planning Formula You can use this procedure to create a planning formula for the external step. 1. On the SAP Easy Access screen in SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Settings Labor Management Formula Editor. If the system asks you to enter a warehouse number, enter 0001. 2. Select Planning Goals and choose Create. 3. Enter the following data: Formula PRE1 Description Preprocessing goal weight / 3 External Step Active Set this indicator 4. To enter the formula, make the following entries: a. In the bottom left area double-click the field A_Weight (Weight) b. In the bottom right area double-click the field / Division c. Configure Preprocessing You can use this procedure to configure preprocessing. 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Define Delivery Date/Time for Preprocessing.. 2. Choose New Entries and enter the following data: Warehouse Number 0001 Cat PDO Outbound Delivery Date/Time Type 3. Choose Save. SGODSISSUE (Goods Issue Start) 4. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Set Preprocessing. 5. Choose New Entries and enter the following data: Warehouse Number 0001 Whse Proc. type Storage Process OUT1 6. Select this entry and double-click Preprocessing on the left side of the screen. 7. Activate Indirect Labor in Order Document Management You can use this procedure to activate the Order Document Management (ODM) components for indirect labor tasks (ILTs). 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Activate Order Document Management for Indirect Labor Tasks.. For more information on activating ODM for ILTs see the IMG documentation of this IMG activity. 2. Set the indicator Log Output as List. 3. Choose Execute. ... Define Number Ranges You can use this procedure to define number ranges for indirect labor and performance documents. Number Range for Indirect Labor 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Determine Number Ranges for Indirect Labor. 2. Choose Define Number Ranges for Indirect Labor Tasks. 3. Enter warehouse number 0001 and choose Change Intervals. 4. Choose Insert Interval and enter the following data: No 01 From number 000100000000 To number 000999999999 5. Choose Save and then choose Back twice 6. Choose Assign Number Range Intervals for Indirect Labor Task to Warehouse Number. 7. Enter 01 in the field NRI IND.Lab.Tsk for warehouse number 0001 Central Warehouse. 8. Choose Save. Number Range for Performance Document 1. In Customizing for SAP SCM, choose Extended Warehouse Management Labor Management Determine Number Range for Performance Document. 2. Choose Change Intervall. 3.
