Enable Transport & Storage Overview 5

Enable Midstream Transportation & Storage Assets Interstate Pipelines Enable Gas Transmission (EGT) and Mississippi River Transmission (EMRT) operate more than 7,500 miles of pipeline and have over 62 Bcf of working natural gas storage capacity Strategically located primarily in the Arkoma, Ark- La-Tex, and Anadarko basins across 7 states Intrastate Pipelines (EOIT) More than 2,300 miles of pipeline in Oklahoma and 24 Bcf of working natural gas storage capacity Positioned to serve SCOOP, MS Lime, and Granite Wash with existing capacity Southeast Supply Header (SESH) Joint venture with Spectra connects Perryville Hub to Southeast and Northeast markets 274-mile, 1 Bcf per day pipeline 11 interconnections with existing natural gas pipelines with access to 3 high deliverability storage facilities EGT Carthage to Perryville Segment 172-mile, ~1.9 Bcf per day pipeline 6

Oklahoma Business Take away capacity is still an issue in Oklahoma EMP Open Season - 326,000/ is remaining available firm capacity from OK to Bennington, PVH and other EGT markets. Expect this to be sold due to most economical transport. - 201,000 of existing space - 125,000 of expansion requires 1 new compressor Bradley Lateral - 16 miles of 24 pipe to transport approx 600/d from OK to PVH, Bennington, and other markets on Enable s pipelines - Expect the pipe to be fully utilized with residue from Bradley Plant and other processing plants in the area. Redbud Pipeline - 125 miles of 36 pipe designed for up to 1.75 Bcf/d - Deliveries to Bennington and/or Texas 7

EMP Oklahoma Interests: NW CANA, STACK, & SCOOP Transport Options 8

East Texas Business Enable Waskom Processing Plant Waskom cryo plant has a capacity of 320,000/d and is located in Harrison Co, Texas Unlike other plants in the area, Waskom has its own fractionator and allows Producer to market NGLs by product and without additional transport cost Several downstream pipelines include EGT s core system and Enable s Line CP EGT Processing Arrangement with Producer EGT has the ability to process Producer gas delivered into F-185 under EGT s own processing arrangement at Waskom Will sell NGLs and share liquids revenue with Producer Will keep natural gas volumes whole and can deliver gas directly into EGT s South Pool or Line CP Line CP Looking at redesigning Line CP to be bi-directional Conventional flow is east to PVH for southeast utilities, LNG markets, and other interconnecting pipelines Changing market dynamics creates need to flow west to Carthage, Ship Channel, as well as Mexico markets Ideally, the flexibility to flow in either direction is preferred 9
