Today, it is the benchmark on the French and international market for guardrails T 18-4MS2, round log, cut and tested with 2m post spacing. Corresponding guardrails: Vervins model. T 22, the half round log: a very effective alternative for difficult installation conditions. Corresponding parapets: Lot model. T 40, the half round log on a double guardrail, for even better retention: HGV roads, roads with steep slopes and so on for increased safety. Tertu provides to its customers a contract for 3 follow-up visits on site: one visit every 4 years for the 12 years following installation. The first double-mixed wood & steel guardrail capable of retaining a 13-T bus. The originality of the operation of this device consists in the superimposition of two rows of half logs: - when the vehicle is heavy, both rows come into action; - when the vehicle is lighter, the lower log is most active. Thanks to a small working width, this guardrail is especially recommended for protecting obstacles on the side of roads, particularly trees. HANDRAIL EXTENSION A powder-coated steel part common to all our models of mixed wood & steel guardrails, is secured to the bolts of fish plates and is made up of 2 offset arms and a steel hoop to accommodate the 12-cm diameter round half-round rail. Ref : AG 102 Pre-assembled component consisting of a 1-m guardrail, a powder-coated end piece, to be dowelled on to the wall, a spacer and a fish plate TL62. WOODEN CLADDING RÉFLEC BOIS Specially designed by us, the REFLEC BOIS in round log of 08 in diameter fits perfectly on to our guardrails. The class II retro-reflective strip (French standard) on an aluminum base makes it a highly effective product in the field of signage. Ref : AG 105 SUPPLIER:- The steel post cover is a piece of rounded planed wood that slides inside the legs of C100 post. In this position, it forms a complete round log of 18 cm in diameter with the spacer. A steel, anti-vandalism fastening prevents it from being disassembled. Ref : AG 103 A steel U-profile wood covering is available for our T18 and T 22 models. It is designed to cover the steel reinforcement, which is pre-drilled for securing wooden pieces of 4 m and 2 m in length using screws.
