Director s Desk In 1987 the Brundtland Report, also known as Our Common Future, warned the world about the urgent need for making progress towards economic development that could be sustained without depleting natural resources or harming the environment. It defined Sustainable Development as: Meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The Brundtland Report was followed by Agenda 21 at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. 1997 saw the formulation of the Kyoto agreement: a commitment from industrialized nations (who were responsible for around 55% of the world s carbon emissions in 1990) to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, principally carbon dioxide, by around 5.2% below their 1990 levels, over the next decade. Moving ahead 10 years to December 2007, the United National Climate Change Conference in Bali drew over 10,800 participants to question, what framework could be set up to address climate change after the expiry of Kyoto Agreement in 2012. This is all very interesting we re sure you ll agree... but what does this really mean to SRS Consulting? In order for us to achieve this, whilst both improving the community within which we work and creating an environment that is harmonious and inspiring, we need your co-operation. We are at our core, a people-centric information technology business. The primary benefit that clients expect when associating with a technology services vendor is cost effective excellence. The challenge then, for SRS, is to continue to deliver that primary benefit while walking the profit vs. responsible conduct tightrope. In 2009, we ve made some progress in developing our Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability strategy. Corporate Responsibility has different implications for different organizations and this year we ve evaluated more precisely what it means to us. We realize the importance of developing and deploying frameworks which allow us to effectively track and report sustainability metrics that are relevant to our industry category. This first sustainability review is an exercise undertaken to look at the year gone by, and set the sustainability agenda for years ahead. It was important to take this first step. Clearly, there are still miles to go. But we believe this sustainability review is the first of many sustainability milestones for SRS Consulting. Well, as a business, sustainability is about considering environmental and social needs alongside economic demands when making decisions. SRS Consulting Inc is committed to acting responsibly in all of its operations. At the heart of our business, we encourage the values of trust, transparency and excellence through the service we provide to our clients. Our vision is to create a business whose goal is to leave behind a positive future for generations to come. To do this, we need to ensure that we only use what we realistically require, reduce areas of over-consumption and put more back into the planet than we take out. We hope you will join us in that journey. Director SRS Consulting Inc

2009 Sustainability Review Parameters This is our first annual sustainability review. While we have always been conscious of our responsibility towards sustainable development as an organization, and have made efforts to internalize sustainability practices into our process, the fluid nature of the technology services industry, coupled with the challenges of establishing ourselves as a serious player in the market kept us too tied up to be able to systemize sustainability measures. However, over the last year, with the global economy taking a nosedive, we found ourselves wondering how we could bring more value to the table. Not just in terms of technology and process innovations, but also in terms of better environment friendly and sustainable practices. That s what prompted us to start systemizing our sustainable practices. We believe that systemizing them enables us to measure them. Measurability, along with benchmarking, gives us a far clearer picture of where we stand, where we want to be, and what we should do to get there. The first SRS Consulting Sustainability Review looks at the reporting period of January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. We intend to make this an annual process. We have constituted a Sustainability Practices Team comprising members from various functions. This team is in charge of the review and reporting process. Materiality For the purpose of this review, the material issues in our organization have been classified under for categories: 1. Workplace 2. Marketplace 3. Environment These dimensions were arrived upon through internal consultations after a series of workshops conducted within the organization. Stakeholders At SRS Consulting Inc, we believe that relationships with our stakeholders are what define our company. For the purpose of this review, we have not conducted any specific measurement exercise involving our external stakeholders other than the existing Customer Satisfaction Measurement. However, going forward, we intend to seek their feedback in making our sustainability practices more efficient. a. External Stakeholders 1. Clients 2. Suppliers 3. Vendors 4. Contractors b. Internal Stakeholders 1. Employees 2. The SRS Consulting Inc Board members To begin with, we have used the GRI G3 Reporting framework to identify and track sustainability practices. The SPT is also responsible for improvement of the measurement and reporting framework so that it better addresses the sustainability concerns of the Information Technology Services segment. The scope of the report is limited to our facilities. We are unable to review the sustainability practices in situations where our teams are operational in client environments.

Credibility Respect Fairness Pride Respect Overall 6 Workplace Our people are our biggest investment and greatest asset. We believe we have created a skilled, passionate and diverse workforce, within which each individual enjoys their jobs and provides a unique contribution to the business. Employee Engagement In November 2009, we undertook an employee engagement measurement exercise to gain an insight into the attitude of our employees towards working for us. The survey consisted of 50 questions with a 5 point scale response, and 2 open ended questions seeking to find out what they like about the organizations and ways in which it could be better. The questions examined the quality of relationships in SRS Consulting Inc on five different dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Credibility Respect Fairness Keeping employees updated about issues and changes. Looking at ways clarify expectations Establishing measures to ensure we are living up to our values in the management decisions we take Instituting a R&R program Actively supporting employees to achieve work life balance Ensuring that all individual contributions have the chance to be recognized. In 2010 we will organize a workshop with entire team to discuss the employee engagement results and develop an action plan for addressing the most critical areas as highlighted in the survey results. 84 78 77 82 75 79 Next year, we hope to build on our overall employee engagement score and take it to 85%. Challenges for the future The feedback was encouraging and demonstrates that SRS has established a great place to work culture. We intend to build on the identified target areas in the future. Particular strengths of the work culture were revealed in the areas of Pride and Camaraderie. The results have also highlighted areas where we need to focus our efforts to ensure we deliver on our commitment to creating a great workplace. As we grow, we ll have to ensure that: 1. We re able to provide positive leadership to our workforce 2. Growth strategies, their purpose, and anticipated challenges are clearly articulated 3. Communications with employees are timely, clear, and consistent 4. Systems are instituted to empower employees and involve them in decision making to a larger degree

Marketplace At SRS Consulting Inc, we understand the value of customer satisfaction. We believe that efficient and well planned customer satisfaction and loyalty research allows us to benefit greatly from the valuable insights our customers have to offer. We believe that our approach to Customer Satisfaction research allows us to: Know our strengths and weaknesses Allocate resources for optimal impact and satisfaction. Tell our customers that we re serious about our commitment to constant quality improvement Determine competitive strengths and weaknesses. Gain deeper insight into the sources of dissatisfaction and pain points. Provide a system for informing management of situations requiring immediate attention In line with our commitment to continuous quality enhancements, we benchmark our customer satisfaction measurement framework against the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Methodology 1. Exploratory qualitative research to identify survey dimensions based on customer needs and expectations and their order of importance 2. Survey design 3. Identification of all customer-company touch-points 4. Identification of appropriate research tools based on touch-points and engagement stages 5. Deployment of Customer Satisfaction survey across all touch points at various stages of the engagement 6. Survey tracking 7. Reporting & Analysis Implementation of action points identified through survey results. The CSM exercise is carried out at various stages and touchpoints using several research tools like surveys, interviews, focus groups.

Environment Greenhouse Gas Emissions Recycling, turning off unnecessary lights, and using public transport whenever possible have all been effectively implemented as an integral part of our business operations and processes. The table shown combines direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) including: office electricity and refrigerants, base premise electricity and gas, flights, car travel for business purposes and landfill utilization. GHG Emissions Generated Total GHG Emissions In CO 2 -e GHG Emission per FTE 912 6.08 The total figure does not include work related travel on public transport because of the issues in tracking it, although we intend to widen the scope to include more indirect GHG emissions in future reports SRS encourages the use of public transport for work related travel where possible, and we are very proud of the level of usage that has been adopted by a majority of the team members. We are looking into the development of a transport policy to ensure that our commitment to public transport use continues into the future. This has contributed to favorable results in each of our environmental impact areas. However, we acknowledge that our rapid growth across various geographies will negatively impact our total GHG Emission footprint. Our target is to maintain or decrease the consumption rates which are reported as per Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employee, taking into account our current and predicted growth. Paper We intend to reduce our paper consumption significantly and all employees are encouraged to avoid printing documents unless necessary. Our printers are print double-sided as far as possible. All our inter-office communication is largely electronic and we have made the decision to produce this first Sustainability Review Report in electronic format only. Environmental Roadmap Keeping in line with the sector benchmarks, the SRS Consulting Inc SPT has been mandated to explore the possibility of adoption of more stringent, technology centric checks and frameworks. Some of the frameworks currently being evaluated for possible implementation are ISO: 14004, ISO: 14034, and ISO: 14064. We hope to design a more robust framework based on international standards and sector specific sustainability benchmarks. Our commitment to the environment is without question and we resolve to offer increasingly green solutions to our partners while still maintaining our core benefit of cost effective excellence.

Targets These are our Sustainability targets for the coming year. We have tried to choose targets that are as quantifiable and accountable as possible while also giving us scope for developing our Sustainability strategy in new and effective ways in the future. Employees Our plan is to build a program into our annual appraisals that identifies our employees specific skills and maps a suitable development course. Our target is to have a development plan in place for each employee by the end of the year. So that we can help them realize their full potential. As mentioned earlier, our Employee Engagement survey for 2009 indicated an average engagement score of 79 across 5 dimensions. Having received feedback for specific dimensions, we now hope to increase our EE score to 85% in 2010. Environment We are now using voltage meters to measure energy use across the company. Our target is to reduce the per capita energy consumption across the company by an average of 15 per cent Clients and suppliers Ensuring we take all our stakeholders into account is a key part of our evolving sustainability strategy. This means that as we firm up our commitment to employees, we do the same in our relationship with clients and suppliers. We are proud of the long-term relationships we have developed with many of our clients. This does not mean we are complacent. We are constantly looking for avenues of improvement. Many of our suppliers are small businesses, and we understand the need for prompt payment for services. We aim to expedite payment clearance in our dealings with suppliers. We also hope to develop a supplier satisfaction survey in the coming months to help us continue to improve our supplier relationships. Although we no longer use refurbished cartridges due to poor quality, we are exploring the possibility of finding an alternative solution. We aim to continue the search for quality printer cartridges that are kind to the environment.
