37 Vessels and 110 Scrubber towers installed

Fleet wide commitments We offer a full package of services to fulfil upcoming regulations regarding installation of scrubber systems: Any scrubber system of choice - Basic documentation, PID Ship inspection including 3D scanning Engineering, design and drawings. Pre-planning, material list and logistics Project Management Complete Turnkey installation capability Documentation including Class coordination Startup commissioning with supplier

Challenge or opportunity with turn-key installation Pre fabrication Material planning and logistics Inspection and engineering advantage Use of riding crew Take advantage of coming dockings in the best manner Ship owner and scrubber maker have 1 point of contact - Change in schedule - Change in engineering - Change in documentation and coordination with Class

Time schedule and Best Practice 6 scrubber tower installed in 36 pieces Full Turn-key commitments Team on board 3 weeks before dry dock Vessel stay 16 Days in dry dock Team on board 5 weeks after dry dock

In-service job We offer a full package of services to fulfil upcoming regulations regarding installation of scrubber systems: Any scrubber system of choice - Basic documentation, PID Ship inspection including 3D scanning Engineering, design and drawings. Pre-planning, material list and logistics Project Management Complete Turnkey installation capability Documentation including Class coordination Startup commissioning with supplier Our mindset for a Turn-key job in service?

Total in-service job What operations can be critical during a total in-service installation? Safety & Comfort Passengers and crew onboard Hot permits, follow the procedure from each ship Cabin availability Transportation way

Total in-service job What operations can be critical during a total in-service installation? Work on shell plates Over boards discharge pipes and sea chest Logistics, Storage and pre-fabrication Waste planning

Installation in-service means Working in background Example: Complete open-loop system on Cruise vessel. Picture on the right: Scrubber Tower erection using prefabricated panels. Materials were lifted onboard using mobile crane in port, stored in available space inside funnel and lowered into position using air-driven chain block. Temporary hatches had to be installed for convenient transport way. All during holiday peak season, totally in service.

Installation in-service means avoiding vessel Dry Docking. Down in engine room spaces Erection of dedicated sea chest for Scrubber System. Welding Procedures with water backing, SS grids installation, antifouling system, underwater cutting of shell plates using divers, Class Surveys and Approval. All totally in-service.

We can work for the yard or the opposite? We offer a full package of services to fulfil upcoming regulations regarding installation of scrubber systems: Any scrubber system of choice - Basic documentation, PID Ship inspection including 3D scanning Engineering, design and drawings. Pre-planning, material list and logistics Project Management Complete Turnkey installation capability Documentation including Class coordination Startup commissioning with supplier What can not be done in service?

Can scrubber installation be done on all type vessel in service? Is it feasible to install scrubber on the vessel? How many extra riding crew can the vessel accept on board? What is the vessels hot work policy and restrictions? How many engines operates the ship? How long and often do the ship stay in port? Now we can build the business case Goran Fransson Commercial Director Baltec Marine Ul.Magnacka 4 80-180 Gdansk, POLAND Cell +1 434 260 2094 Goran.fransson@tridentllc.com
