/2 Exploring views The purpose of this report is to understand how employees perceive workplace gender discrimination. /3 What impact is this having? High performing organisations put diversity, inclusion and strong values at the heart of everything they do. /5 Are people optimistic? The good news is that 68% of women think gender discrimination is falling. Do you think the situation has changed at all in the last five years? About this poll /7 The Investors in People employee poll is based on responses from 2000 people, in UK employment, asked between 20th and 23rd February 2015.
