ATP Welcome Message to 2017 Sponsors/Exhibitors Dear Exhibitor: The Association for the Tutoring Profession (ATP) cordially invites you to exhibit at our 13th Annual Conference, Tutoring: Crossroads & Connections, to be held March 26-29, 2017 in Kansas City, MO. ATP is a professional organization primarily comprised of U.S. higher education professionals in the field of tutoring and learning assistance. Our conference attendees and members include learning assistance and tutoring program directors, college instructors, and tutors who work in universities, colleges, community colleges, and technical colleges. Each conference attendee will obtain an Exhibitor Passport upon check-in at the conference registration booth. The goal of this Exhibitor Passport is to promote opportunities for collaboration between conference attendees and exhibitors. To incentivize conference attendees to visit with exhibitors and learn more about their products and services, each exhibitor is encouraged to bring at least one door prize to contribute to the Exhibitor Passport drawing. For your convenience, an outline of the conference exhibit schedule is provided in this booklet. Depending on the sponsorship level selected (see Vendor Chart), sponsors/exhibitors may receive some or all of the following: Exclusive time to visit with conference attendees in the exhibit area An optional 1-hour presentation during a concurrent conference session to share more information about and demonstrate products and services. Concurrent sessions submitted via the ATP website are due on November 1 st, 2016. Vendor submissions by this date will be printed in the conference guidebook. All members of the exhibition team who present during this 1-hour session must be registered for the conference. Recognition at conference meal or break events. Sponsor/Exhibitor Information Reserved Booth Space ATP will make every attempt to assign booth space and accommodate the requested needs and compatibility of each sponsor/exhibitor. Booths will be located in the Exhibitors Hall on the second floor which will be open during conference concurrent sessions. This location will afford conference attendees the convenience of visiting with exhibitors before, between, and after sessions. All sponsors attending the 2017 ATP conference will be assigned a booth as sponsorship/exhibitor requests and payments are received. ATP reserves the right to reassign requested space in order to arrange the floor plan, if necessary. All exhibit booths will be assigned based on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors may also elect to ship materials to the conference hotel. Information about shipping & handling to the hotel are included on the hotel form. Door Prizes & Drawings In order to increase the number of people visiting exhibitor booths, exhibitors are encouraged to bring prizes for the Exhibitor Passport Prize Drawing and for door prize drawings. Exhibitor Passport prizes should be submitted at the conference registration booth and be labeled with the vendors name, contact information, and a brief description of the prize. Exhibitor Passport Prize drawings will be held at different times throughout the conference. Many will be held in the exhibit area to encourage browsing and visitation. Exhibitors who provide prizes will be recognized as their prizes are awarded. Changes or Cancellations If an exhibitor wishes to cancel or change the purchased exhibit package after the assignment of an exhibitor space, written notification must be sent to Vendor or Public Relations Chair, via e- mail: atppublicrelations@gmail.com A written notification of cancellation must be sent before February 15, 2017 to be eligible for a 75% refund and before March 1 for a 50% refund. POST CONFERENCE SHIPPING: For pallets/packages that need to be shipped out after the end of the program, a shipping label with the appropriate shipping account number must be placed on each package/pallet for item to be shipped. Hotel staff will not package or fill out shipping labels to be shipped out. A package handling fee is not charged for shipping boxes out.
