The 6th version of the BICSI Andean Congress 2010 will be held in Colombia as a trade show and academic event within the field of telecommunications and data transportation infrastructure. PREVIOUS CONFERENCES The International BICSI organization is present in Colombia since 2002. Over the past years their efforts have been focused on the professionalization of the market and telecommunications infrastructure. Five versions of the Andean BICSI conference have been launched so far. In the most recent 2008 conference, it gathered nearly 500 technology managers from countries around the Andean region (Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and Peru).
