SICOM is the National Project Management Unit of the. SICOM is located in Delhi and will be operating all the coastal states and Union Territories of India. SICOM is inviting applications for the positions given in the table below. The period is five years and the staff at SICOM will be selected based on contract / co-terminus with the.
