Contract The Contract pricing allows for Fixed, Fixed Variable or Locked Variable contract types. The system allows the user to set up pricing by priority of contract or lowest/highest pricing. Dynamic Pricing The Dynamic Pricing allows for pricing by margin, cost up or list down with margin protection. Product Class Dynamic Pricing The Product Class Dynamic Pricing allows for pricing by margin, cost up or list down with margin protection at the item level. Consumer History Price File The Consumer History Price File allows for order and quotes to be entered capturing the pricing for an item the first time it is purchased. The pricing file is managed for reoccurring margin. Matrix The Matrix pricing allows for items to be grouped together for pricing by margin, cost up or list down. Trade Agreement The Trade Agreements allow for quantity break pricing. Floor and Ceiling Protection The Floor and Ceiling can be applied to any of the pricing schemes to manage pricing to stay above cost and below list pricing. Bid Workstation MBS Dev Bid Workstation allows the user to create and modify professional customer bids for your sales organization. Allows you to manage prospects that don t exist in your customer file. Tracks won and lost status. Allows for entry of competitors items and price to show your value over the competition. Fixed Price Contracts Fixed Price Contracts are contracts that are fixed for a given period of time. Variable Contracts Variable Contracts are contracts that are mananged by margin, cost up or list down. Pricing will then be calculated at time of ordering. Locked Variable Contracts Locked Varible Contracts are contracts that managed by margin, cost up or list down for a period of time. These contracts are re calculated on a periodic basis. Contracts can be assigned to one or many customers. Contracts can be prioritized for a customer. Customers with multiple contracts can be priced based on highest or lowest price. Contract reviews. Contract update by advanced workbench (including % increases, Delivery of contracts by email, fax, PDF, word document or paper. Easy management of contract creation with copy feature. Contract items can be setup to prevent the global product cross reference and alternate item features.

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX POWERED FOR DISTRIBUTORS Rebates Rebates can be captured at the warehouse level or global to all warehouses. Only vendor products are on rebate contracts. Rebates products can be added to the rebate contracts by product number, commodity code or all products within the vendor. The ability to have exclusion lists of products within a vendor when a rebate contract is all products for a vendor. Rebate contracts, when required, will need to have other rebate contracts excluded from the rebate. Rebate contracts can be calculated by percentage, dollar value or a flat cost. Purchase terms for rebate contracts will be tracked and will update the purchase order terms during purchase order creation. Growth rebates will be tracked and easily displayed against target when purchasing products on a rebate. Rebate contracts can be back dated and processed for transactions that have been made and recorded to the rebate contract. Customers, customer rebate groups and all customers can be attached to a customer rebate. A customer exclusion list can be created to exclude a customer from the contract. Rebate contracts will need to be easily searched and calculations displayed. Off invoice rebates will be tracked and recorded to the general ledger when required. Rebate contracts for products can be used in the reps sales commission calculation if required. Customer rebates will create checks or a credit to the customers account. EDI transactions can be part of rebate contract terms. A rebate contract can be used to create the loaded cost, a contract or a special price. All rebate contracts will be effective dated.

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX POWERED FOR DISTRIBUTORS Warehouse Pick Optimizer Our Warehouse Pick Optimizer allows the warehouse manager to control all the outbound and inbound processing. You control all the orders and order types that are sent to the picking lanes. If you need to get the orders to the shipping department for next day deliveries you can send them to the lanes first. The picking process can be completely paperless or you can use picking tickets. The orders are cartonized for the most efficient package sizing. The Warehouse Management System gives you the ability to find and control any inbound or outbound orders. Expedite receiving is available so that you can service customers with product that has just been delivered to the dock. Our E Business extensions are standard XML documents for inbound and outbound processing. Any EDI mapping application such as BizTalk Server or any other tool can be used to map to our standard documents. Our E Business extensions will process the documents and if there are errors will inform the operator of the specific error for correction.
