It offers proven benefits for top drives / rotary tables, draw works and mud pumps. ATEX certified to run motors in volatile/hazardous environments In top drive or rotary table applications, Altivar Process can control a single or multi-motor setup, with load sharing to enable continuous operation. In a multi-motor environment with load sharing, Altivar Process can control the drilling line reels of the draw works. It is also equipped with a braking unit and brake management to ensure that tension remains constant. In addition, Altivar Process provides angle control of parallel mud pumps, helping to ensure a more stable, continuous flow while reducing stress on tubes and mechanical parts.

WHERE ALTIVAR PROCESS MAKES A DIFFERENCE ONSHORE PRODUCTION Reduce downtime in your onshore operations Altivar Process offers first-rate fault management and data connectivity for onshore operations. It is ideally suited for artificial lift applications involving progressive cavity pumps, electro-submersible pumps and rod pumps, providing enhanced motor control and remote monitoring. Altivar Process helps you reduce costs and manage your energy. To reduce costs, you can run a step-up, step-down setup with a multi-pulse rectifier to convert MV power into LV (for the drive) then back to MV (to supply the pump). This optimises your investment and maintenance costs. Central monitoring & control helps protect pumps and minimise downtime during a power failure To manage onshore energy, Altivar Process ENA (ENergy Adaptation) function eliminates the need for a braking resistor for a rod pump. This means lower installation costs for the drive, more efficient energy use, and fewer mechanical constraints.
