NoaTech General information & introduction

About us We are growing as a founder financed company since 2013. We have provided products and services to variety of companies on the local market major banks, retailers and other service providers. We focus on advanced self-service solutions. We work with variety of businesses, ranging from banking to retail, from gas distribution to courier logistics. We handle custom-made self-service projects for our clients. Since 2015 we started developing our own line of products which currently include RetailBox and RetailKiosk solutions. We employ a team of 18 people with competences in the area of 3D designing, IT programming, sales, marketing and design thinking.

Our approach to projects Concept Cooperation with our customers is the most important part of a sucesfull project. We work together on business ideas to identify the needs and problems that have to be solved. Business idea verification Our team works on the solution which will meet business expectations choosing the best technology. We are able to create pioneering products that have never been created before. Solution Prototyping Testing Go live Initial solution is presented. All assumptions are discussed with the customer to confirm that our product is designed according to expectations. Our team uses various tools, such as 3D printing, 3D designing, or design thinking methodology to create a product resembling the final solution. We believe that the most effective way of testing new solutions is to make them available to a small group of end-users. This is a source of information on the changes needed to be implemented in order to improve user experience. After verification of our solution by the customer, the end user and our team, it is time to enter the market. The launch of a new product involves observation, analysis and optimization to ensure that expectations were met.

Projects recently completed by NoaTech

RetailBox cash handling optimalization The RetailBox is our own product independently developed by the NoaTech team. The purpose of the RetailBox is to automate cash deposit and change process in small and medium size retail shops. We are in pilot implementation phase in several bakeries and ice cream shops in Warsaw. The target for 2016 is to install ca. 100 machines throughout Poland. More info: http://retailbox.noatech.pl

Mobile cash deposit machine - BMW i3 We played an important role in creating and implementing the mobile ATM concept. In this project, we integrated standard hardware with customized software. We also designed a user-friendly graphical customer service interface. Our banknote accepting solution is one of the smallest on the market allowing deposits of up to 100 banknotes per cycle.

Swipbox electronic parcel lockers A project carried out together with a Danish company - SwipBox focused on developing a network of parcel lockers for posting and receiving personal parcels and online orders. Each parcel locker is located in convenience store which optimizes the last mile cost in logistics. NoaTech is developing a network of parcel lockers in Poland. Currently we are managing about 50 parcel lockers together with DHL Poland. More couriers will join the network by the end of 2016. More info: http://www.swipbox.pl

Price checker The basic function of a price checker fully developed by NoaTech is checking and displaying the price of goods, but thanks to the innovative design and large touch display it can perform additional functions, such as advertisement display, reviewing promotional newsletters or collecting customer reviews. Important part of the project was developing a web application that enables remote management of the content displayed on screens and remote price update.

Gas Vending Machine We have developed a self-service solution for gas cylinder exchange. The machine is split into two parts: gas cylinder compartments and a separate electronic control module, which is responsible for the monitoring of the compartements, communication with the central server and cylinder verification. It allows customers to exchange an empty gas cylinder for a new/full one with a payment option.

First-mile parcel solution We played an important role in the development and distribution of kiosks for parcel dispatch. Many are already installed in National Polish Post branch offices. Kiosks are available 24/7 a day in multilanguage interface what has significant impact on speeding up customer service.

Self-service kiosk for Pure Jatomie We developed and installed self-service kiosks for gyms. Customers can sign-up or pay for trainings using our device. Moreover, kiosks enable signing up contracts by customer. Thanks to our solution customer service in fitness studio is fully automated.

Food kiosk for TEDxWarsaw At our self-service kiosks we sell coupons, later used to pay for food and drinks, in order to optimize payments at TEDxWarsaw events. Customer could make a payment by card.

Cash-loan ATM s We deliver services for GOTOWKOMAT Polskie Platnosci and support maintenance, instalaltions and UX interface for cash-loan ATM s. Device enables signing a contract for loan and cash withdrawal.

NoaTech core competences 3D designing - our designing team has over 5 years of experience in 3D modeling. We work with the leading CAD design softwares (Solid Works, Solid Edge). NoaTech specialists are familiar with 3D printing technology which allows us to test our projects in practice. Software development - we are the authors of many web applications that help in our solution management. Mostly we used C++, Java or PHP but we also have competence in hardware components programming. So far we have created scripts for MEI, Innovative Technology, CPI or NCR payment components. Payment processing - apart from the cash management solution we have strong experience in payment processing. Thanks to a strategic partnership with MCX we are able to integrate our solutions with almost every payment processor in Europe. For non-cash payments we use Ingenico certified card components. Business management - apart from technical competences we are also experienced in business management. NoaTech is lead by professionals with over 10 year experience in FinTech, retail and selfservice device industry. Moreover, our team is supplemented by marketing and design thinking competences.
