Vertical Tower concept oven Vertical Pro is an inline vertical oven, conceived with modular built elements. The products are transported through the system on workpiece carriers, the so-called Lükon-trays. They move upwards through several thermal zones, across the top zone, and then down to the cooling area. The products will then be transferred back to the production line. Hot The heat you need The process temperature can be set according to your requirements between 50 C and 200 C. Every heating zone is built as an individual chamber, with separate temperature control and monitoring. The heat delivery is achieved with a full forced air convection system and a symmetric horizontal air flow. The heat transfer is quick, efficient, and consistently uniform, in order to achieve excellent and repeatable results. Accurate Temperature uniformity The standard temperature uniformity is ± 5 K up to 200 C. The air guiding system realizes a very even distribution of temperature in every chamber. Special Optimum heating power Every heating zone is built as an individual chamber. The power level with 4.0 to 9.0 kw for each chamber is big enough for a quick heat-up period and short recovery times after the parts have entered the individual heating zones. This allows for uniform product results. The individual heating chambers are assembled in a way, that the best possible horizontal separation between the individual thermal zones is ensured.

Economical Count on us Vertical Pro needs a very small foot print, reduces your allocation costs on the factory floor, and brings you an excellent output rate for a fraction of the floor space required by batch or horizontal solutions. In addition, Vertical Pro offers an excellent availability, low costs of ownership, and easy maintenance. Vertical Pro is really made according to your requirements. Reliable Built for the long run All mechanical elements are placed outside of the heated areas, for exceptional reliability results. Highest process stability at persistent output figures are our main targets. Vertical Pro delivers accurate results, and consistent identical profiles regardless of product loading conditions. Quick Cycle rate as you need it Curing times can be set for a few minutes or for as long as several hours. The cycle time per tray is variable, and transport of the products through the oven is vibration-free. The selection of a suitable oven size depends on product dimensions, throughput requirements, and process parameters.

Practical Variable loading capacity The loading capacity of Vertical Pro is determined by the chosen index spacing between two product trays and the number of zones of the oven. For the standard version with 7 heating chambers and one cooling zone, following loading results have been calculated: 18 mm 134 Trays 25 mm 097 Trays 38 mm 065 Trays 50 mm 050 Trays 63 mm 040 Trays Variable Index spacing as you like The index spacing between two product trays depends on the customer s product. Every index spacing between 0.7" (18 mm) and 4.9" (126 mm) can be freely specified. Therefore, the Vertical Pro can be used for different thermal processes and for various product heights, without mechanical modifications to the basic construction of the oven. Specific Trays for your product Customized carriers according to customer specification are also available. The carrier can be adapted to the size and the shape of the product. Also complete work piece carriers (provided by the customer) together with the product can be handled in a Vertical Pro.

Flexible Built to match your process Virtually any thermal profile can be produced, including multi-step curing applications. Vertical Pro is of a modular construction. From 4 up to 14 heating chambers, everything is possible, in order to meet exactly your thermal process requirements. One or several peakzones can be defined according to your needs. Standard For better quality results Vertical Pro is available for example with 7 heating chambers and 1 cooling zone. The surface available on each tray for your products is approx. 390 x 320 mm. The product height can reach up to approx. 110 mm. Vertical Pro is also suitable for production under cleanroom conditions, class 10 000 (ISO7). Secure User-friendly monitoring Process visualisation and control is displayed by a panel-pc with touch screen and Windows XP embedded. The operator can control the thermal process directly on the screen. The interface includes temperature display of each zone, process parameters, recipe, database management and other relevant information. The graphic user interface is easily operated and can be adapted to different languages.
