It s necessary to confrm the strategy of achevng the excessve load balancng for cloud computng controller. In order to acheve ths obect, the ant colony algorthm s appled n t. (1) The basc theory of ant colony algorthm The basc theory of ant colony algorthm can be descrbed accordng to the travelng salesman problem, and the correspondng algorthm s lsted as follows: When the condton t = 0 s satsfed, the orgnal operaton s carred out, and every ant s put on dfferent cty, and the pheromones concentraton on dfferent route edge (, ) can be set. The begnnng cty of dfferent ant s assgned to the frst element n correspondng tabu table. Then the maxmum probablty that the dfferent ant crawl from cty to cty, and the correspondng calculaton formula s expressed as follows: p [ τ ( t)] [ η ], allowed ( t) = [ τ ( t)] [ η ] allowed 0, other (2) where, allowed n tabu } to probablty p (t). =, α and β denotes the mportance of pheromone concentraton and vsblty { After n teraton operaton, all ants complete a entre travel, therefore tabu table correspondng to all ants has been flled, the L (total dstance gone by th ant when t complete the travel n turn) of th ant s calculated, the τ should be amended, and the correspondng amendng formula s expressed as follows: When th ant passes by route edge (, ) n [ t, t + n] : Q = L τ (3) In other cases: τ (4) where, = 0 denotes the number of pheromones per unt length released n the route edge (, ) by th ant n τ tme nterval [, t n] t +, Q denotes the constant. Then the shortest route that s found by all ants s stored, and tabu table of dfferent ant s empted. The above operaton s repeated contnuously, and the operaton s over the algorthm acheve the condton of convergence, then the ant group can fnd a optmal travel route that can be satsfed wth requrement. (2) Improved ant colony algorthm The ant colony algorthm s easy to fall nto local optmum, n order to avod ths dsadvantage; the genetc algorthm s ntroduced nto teraton of standard teraton, to mprove the effcent of resources dscovery, resources assgnment, tas movement and producton for cloud computng servce. The calculaton method of probablty under cloud computaton accordng to the current resources nformaton s expressed as follows. When, current cloud computng resources, the followng expresson s obtaned: 1008

Wu Zhy and Mao Xaohong J. Chem. Pharm. Res., 2014, 6(6):1004-1010 [ τ ( t)] [ η ] p ( t) (5) = [ τ ( t)] [ η ] In other cases: p ( t) = 0 (6) where τ (t) denotes the strength of resources pheromones n t, the natural attrbute of resources s defned by η, η = τ (0). The tas obect under cloud computng envronment s to assgn M tass to N resources, and the shortest mean executon tme for tas on resources s calculated based on the mproved ant colony algorthm, and the optmal of system resources s completed, that s to calculate the mnmum value of the followng functon: m f m ( ) mn F( m ) =, 1,2, L, N M = (7) where M denotes total amount of the tas that s offered to cloud computng envronment by a certan data secton, M = m, m denotes the number of tass assgned on resource. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION In order to verfy the effectveness of nformaton servce platform of pharmaceutcal enterprses based on mproved ant colony algorthm, the smulaton s carred out. The tas parameter of cloud computng s set as 45, and the α =1, β = 2, and the teraton tmes are chosen as 250, and the crossng probablty s 0.75, the mutaton probablty s 0.25, the tradtonal ant colony algorthm and mproved ant colony algorthm are used n the smulaton, and the correspondng results are shown n table 1. Table 1 Smulaton results of nformaton servce platform for pharmaceutcal enterprses based on vrtual cloud envronment Algorthm Mean value Optmal value Tmes of fndng the optmal solutons Tradtonal ant colony algorthm 518.843 516.357 8 Improved ant colony algorthm 518.596 516.357 17 As seen from table 1, the tradtonal ant colony algorthm fnds the optmal solutons 8 tmes, and the mproved ant colony algorthm fnds the optmal solutons 8 tmes, the optmzaton ablty mproves 35%. At the same tme, the runnng tme of mproved ant colony algorthm s qucer than that of tradtonal ant colony algorthm; the runnng effcency of mproved ant colony algorthm s hgher. CONCLUSION Wth the development of pharmaceutcal ndustry, the nformaton servce platform of pharmaceutcal enterprses should be constructed qucly, then the pharmaceutcal ndustry can be developed qucly.
