In September 2015, the Hong Kong Association of Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) organized the HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award 2015, in which Canon Hongkong performed above the competition and proudly attained four awards in praise of the company s effort in customer service excellence. On 26 th January 2016, Canon Hongkong s winning teams attended the HKACE 16 th Anniversary Luncheon cum Customer Service Excellence Award Presentation Ceremony to share the happiness, and meanwhile had a great exchange of ideas with various awarded organizations. The achievements of Canon Hongkong in Customer Service Excellence Award 2015 include: Team Awards Silver Award (Counter Service): Canon Customer Care Center & Image Square Canon Customer Care Center & Image Square works to provide all-rounded and one-stop services, including but not limited to trial & touch of consumer imaging products, repair service and technical supports. In recent years, the team has been proactively introducing new services such as Seasonal Promotion on Maintenance, Photography by Topics Demonstration Booth and Workshops for Photo Gear Maintenance, so as to enrich the experience of every single visit of customers with surprises and delights. Silver Award (Field & Special Service): Business Imaging Solution & Production Printing Group Field Service of Canon Hongkong The Field Service team of Business Imaging Solution & Production Printing Group of Canon Hongkong offers a full spectrum of on-site after-sales services, including technical support, system check and maintenance. By assuring the outstanding competency of Canon s business imaging products, the team acts as the best partner of corporate clients in enhancing office efficiency. Furthermore, by encouraging feedbacks from clients and frontline professionals through various channels, the team strives for continuous improvements which allow them to reciprocate clients with surpassing services. Individual Awards Bronze Award (Field & Special Service): Ms. Clara Tsui, Senior Supervisor of Customer Delight Department, Business Imaging Solution & Production Printing Group of Canon Hongkong Starting her career with Canon Hongkong since 2000, Clara possesses fruitful product knowledge as well as frontline customer service experiences. In 2014, Clara joined Customer Delight Department, in which her key role was to deliver product trainings for corporate clients and thus bring them exceptional experiences with Canon s business imaging solutions. Clara

believes that her passion with people was the key element which has been motivating her continuous learning and improvement in her career, and thus has made her become an outstanding service professional. Merit Award (Internal Support Service): Mr. Steve Chow, Manager of Training & Service Advancement Department, Consumer Imaging & Information Group of Canon Hongkong Steve has been serving Canon Hongkong for over 13 years, and has rich management experience in both frontline customer service and technical service. In 2013, Steve together with his team established Training & Service Advancement Department, with the key mission of taking Canon s frontline services to the next level by planning and delivering all-rounded trainings for frontline service manpower. Steve s long-term and good relationship with his internal customers is his winning way to accurately identify individuals training needs, and thus to offer corresponding supports. The awards are definitely huge encouragements to us.
