APPPC Asia and Pacific Plant Protection Agreement, 1955 Asia and Pacific Plant Protection Commission, 1956 (Article IV) 25 member countries 3 standing committees (PQ, IPM & Pesticide management) 1 standard committee (RSPMs); RSPM1-10 Biennium based commission meeting- review status of the implementation of the agreement and work plan, discuss and adopt work plan for the next biennium; Financial mechanism: assessed contribution by 17 countries since 2010 Developed strategic plan and business plan Ownership: more countries provide supports (finance, counterpart-funding, hosting workshops, leading roles on working groups, etc.) 2
