GREENHOUSE ENGINEERING PREFABRICATED HOUSES

WOODEN HOUSES Prefabricated wooden houses are made of wooden bearing structure with mineral wool, with a vapor barrier. On the inside, construction is lining with gypsum boards or paneling, and on the outside it is lining with the wooden cladding. We have created models, that vary according to its size and type. Houses can be made with a client desire using an advice from the design team of our company

Building a home is of great importance for every individual, and our company offers the possibility to realize the desire, using prefabricated timber that achieves better quality of the structure and a good quality of life. Prefabricated houses that we produce are not built on the site, but partly manufactured in the factory in the form of panels or modules and then transported to the construction site. Many of these homes can be easily adapted to the specifics of the location of the building, making this form of construction far more flexible and modern than before. Today, to design prefabricated house is a challenge for any architect. Design is becoming more inventive with a use of various geometric shapes and eco - friendly materials. This type of house follows the development of the current green architecture and sustainable construction and housing. Another big advantage is the fact that after the construction of this houses, after it stays little construction waste.

EXTERNAL WALLS d= 40,0 cm CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS The core of the wall is a load-bearing construction made of glued laminated wood, d=20, sheathed on both sides with a gypsum fiber fermacell (knauf, regips) panel d=1.25 cm. It is filled with rock wool d=20, which has a Delta-Dawi water membrane on the inside, and a Delta-Maxx windproof/vapor permeable membrane on the exterior. Spacing is installed on the gypsum fiber-fermacell board on the interior: a wooden construction d=5 cm with rock wool insulation filler d=5 cm closed off with a gypsum fiber-fermacell board d=1.5 cm. On the exterior gypsum fiber-fermacell board, a vapor permeable polystyrene board, d=10, is installed, which is coated in construction glue, and silica stucco as a final finish. System EuroMAX

EXTERNAL WALLS d= 30,6 cm The wall elements are produced with impregnated load-bearing wooden constructions - KVH, 16 cm wide, which are sheathed on both sides with gypsum fiber fermacell (knauf, regips) boards d=1.25 cm (or OSB board), filled with rock wool d=16, with a vapor membrane. Gypsum fiber fermacell (knauf, regips) boards d=1.25 cm are installed on the interior walls, and the exterior walls are boarded with polystyrene d=10 cm, coated with construction glue with netting, and finished with silica stucco. System Standard U=0,140 W/m²K

EXTERNAL WALLS d= 36,8 cm The wall elements are produced with impregnated load-bearing wooden constructions - KVH, 16 cm wide, filled with rock wool d=16 cm, with a Delta Dawi GP vapor membrane. On the exterior, gypsum fiber - fermacell boards (knauf, regips) d=1.25 cm are installed, while OSB boards d=1.2 cm are installed on the interior walls. A spacing construction is constructed on the OSB board d=5 cm, filled with rock wool d=5 cm, with a gypsum fiber board d=1.25 cm + gypsum board d=1.25 cm. The exterior walls are boarded with polystyrene d=10 cm, coated with construction glue with netting, and finished with silica stucco. System Euro U=0,118 W/m²K

EXTERNAL WALLS PASSIVE HOUSE WALLS d= 45.8 cm The wall elements are produced from impregnated load-bearing wooden constructions - KVH, 22 cm wide, insulated with rock wool d=22 cm, and a Delta Dawi GP vapor membrane. A gypsum fiber fermacell (knauf, regips) board d=1.25 cm is installed on the exterior over the wooden load-bearing construction, while the interior is sheathed with OSB d=1.2 cm. A spacing construction is installed on top of the OSB board - a wooden construction d=8 cm, insulated with rock wool d=8 cm, which is sheathed with a gypsum fiber fermacell (knauf, regips) board d=1.25 cm + gypsum board d=1.25 cm. The exterior walls are boarded with polystyrene d=10, coated with construction glue with netting, and finished with silica stucco. System Mega U=0,093 W/m²K

EXTERNAL WALLS ECONOMIC ( RECOMMENDED ) Based on our experience and previous customer requirements throughout Europe, we recommend Economic wall. Facilitated version of Mega package with greater strength, greater bearing capacity, greater weight and easy assembly of the walls on the spot. The wall elements are produced from massive load-bearing wooden structure, 20 cm wide, insulated with mineral wool d=20 cm, and a Delta wurt DB90pare-vapor membrane. An OSB water-resistantboard d=1.2 cm is installed on the exterior over the wooden load-bearing construction, while the interior is sheathed with OSB d=0.9 cm. A spacing construction is installed on top of the OSB board - a wooden construction (or metallic construction) d=8 cm, insulated with rock wool d=8 cm, which is sheathed with a double gypsum boards (knauf, farmacel or regips) d=2x1.25 cm. The exterior walls are boarded with polystyrene d=12cm, coated with construction glue with netting, and finished with silica stucco. External parts of the walls are made in a factory and assembled on site, while the internal side of the walls is assembled on site after completing installation works. From the experience, this kind of system work shortens design time, shortens the development in the workshop, allowing for greater flexibility of installation works and reduces errors during assembly to a minimum. TOTAL WIDTH OF THE ECOMOMIC WALLS d= 45 cm Of course we can meet clients' wishes and requirements of the country where the house is assembling.

INTERNAL WALLS The wall elements are produced with impregnated load-bearing wooden constructions 10 and 12 cm wide, filled with rock wool d=6 cm (or more), sheathed with gypsum fiber board d=1.25 cm (or OSB board) on both sides, with another layer of gypsum board d=1.25 cm. The total thickness of the non-load-bearing walls is d=15 and 17 cm. WALL HEIGHT The standard height of wall elements is 2.70 m, and if necessary, the walls can be constructed taller. The interior height from floor to ceiling with the standard wall construction is 2.56 m, depending on the height of the floor construction. FLOOR CONSTRUCTION Constructed of KVH joists, with dimensions and spacing according to the static calculation, with mineral wool d=10 cm, and d=20 in overhangs. On the bottom, lathing is installed to which fireproof gypsum board d=1.25 cm. OSB board d=1.8 cm is installed on the top side, which then receives sound insulation, cement screed, and a final flooring finish, depending on the use of the space. CEILING CONSTRUCTION The ceiling construction for single-level and multilevel homes is the bottom of the roof truss, which is covered in lathe, and fireproof gypsum board d=1.25 cm, filled with mineral wool of a thickness in accordance with the thermal calculation with a vapor membrane. The ceiling construction for houses with an attic: mineral wool with a vapor membrane in the roof slope, and the central dropped ceiling, with lathe and fireproof gypsum board d=1.25 cm.
