Project Cost: $8.5 million CBE Participation: TBD Internal reconfiguration of all four floors to consolidate Public Defender, State Attorney, BSO and Clerk of Courts occupancies and provide a fire sprinkler system for life-safety Reduction in rental space Scheduled Completion: Late 2015 Project is not fully funded. Available budget: $6.8 million. Additional $1.7 million required to complete the project.
