Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service is an enterprise solution that allows users to manage scope, schedule, cost, resource, and risk information of a project. Real-time visibility to project cost, schedule, risk, and performance information allows project managers and stakeholders to make the right decisions. They can perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis using risk registers and Monte Carlo simulation capabilities. Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service provides organizations the ability to capture, track, and analyze possible risk, from inception to close-out. It allows project managers and risk specialists to analyze potential impact and mitigation responses to ensure the best possible outcomes. Enterprise social collaboration features allow project teams to communicate effectively in real time and manage project planning, monitoring, and execution efficiently. Flexible and powerful dashboard and reporting capabilities give stakeholders access to critical information at their fingertips. Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service allows project managers and schedulers to plan and manage all aspects of scope during a project s lifecycle, including equipment installation, laying of cables and lines, and project documentation. Users can import project scope from third-party systems such as quantity take off software or estimating tools. Project managers, schedulers, and other project stakeholders can plan, manage, and monitor project deliverables effectively utilizing scope management capabilities.

Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service is a full project scope management tool. Project scope can be organized by Project Breakdown Structure, which allows organizations to manage project scope in a more flexible hierarchical manner (i.e., by discipline, sub-discipline or system and sub-systems). Progress measurement techniques such as physical percent complete and rules of credit can be used to measure scope progress. Quantity-based progress can be assigned to individual scope to capture progress percent complete. Figure 2. P R I M A V E R A P R I M E Primavera Prime helps organizations complete projects on time and within budget by enabling them to prioritize, plan, manage, and evaluate projects with an integrated, cloud-based solution for managing cost, schedule, scope, risk, resources, and commitments. Cost Management Project cost management is one of the key processes of planning and controlling the project budget. Cost management allows project managers and key stakeholders to capture budget, perform forecast analysis, and predict impending expenses to help reduce the chance of going over budget. Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service allows project managers to manage basic and complex cost management scenarios. Figure 3. Cost sheet functionality provides detailed cost data to ensure projects are staying on track. Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service utilizes a spreadsheet-like interface to manage project budget, budget changes, and transfers. It interacts with various parts of the project to provide a single user interface for managing project cost including forecast information. Figure 4. Cost management is an integral part of Primavera Prime offering functional capabilities that form the backbone of project controls. Schedule Management Project planning and scheduling are two key elements of effective project management. A well-developed project schedule allows project managers to manage project milestones and deliverables, and timeline effectively. Primavera Prime Schedule Management is a cloud-based tool that is well integrated with other modules to provide a comprehensive project management solution. Interactive Gantt charts allow planners, schedulers, and project managers to communicate a more accurate and complete graphical representation of a project s schedule in real time. Integration with capabilities of Primavera Prime allows users to keep track of project scope, resource assignment, and perform resource and role leveling. Resource Management Resource Management is an integral part of project management. Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service allows project managers to manage hierarchy-based resource and roles per project. Primavera Prime also allows enterprise customers to manage these roles and resources at enterprise level and project managers to utilize them as needed at the project level. Visual representations of resource and role assignment analysis in the form of histograms allow project managers to determine where resources are being under or over utilized. Figure 7. Risk Management Risk Management provides the necessary tools that allow project professionals to manage risk easily and successfully. Primavera Prime Projects Cloud Service offers the following features: A risk register where users can log and prioritize based on risk scoring metrics. Figure 8. Risk register and related response plan Risk management provides tools to define risk thresholds and scoring matrices that form the basis for quantitative and qualitative analysis. These tools provide a means for organizations to standardize risk scoring across the enterprise. Users can set probability ranges as well as schedule, cost, and user-defined thresholds. Figure 9. Optional out-of-the-box integration with Oracle s Primavera P6 leveraging Primavera Gateway technology. The integration supports importing Primavera P6 risk data into Primavera Prime as well as pushing key Primavera Prime risk analysis data back to Primavera P6. Tornado charts help users identify key risk drivers and pinpoint the risk event that s preventing their schedules from performing as expected. Figure 11. Mobile Interface A native, purpose-built mobile application provides users with a rich, targeted user interface and experience. Device specific capabilities such as camera support, offline mode, and notifications can be leveraged to address various business needs. Figure 12. Primavera Prime Mobile provides flexibility and convenience for all stakeholders. Field engineers and installation crews can provide real time updates of project scope and activities that allows project managers and others to monitor and keep track of the progress. Field users can also access documents that are linked to project scope and activities to get their job done. Figure 13. Document Management Primavera Prime includes a robust document manager module. Whether high-level basis-of design documents or detailed specifications, all documentation utilizes tight permission controls to manage access across the enterprise. Features include checkin and check-out, version control, and full text search for more than 500+ document types. Built-in document viewing technology which allows users to view all type of documents without the need to install a native application. Figure 14.
