Oil & Gas Industry Experience The following information outlines our experience providing survey and environmental field services for oil and gas projects, working with JMT s strategic partners in support of various upstream and midstream companies: JMT performs confidential and efficient gas exploration support services for our clients. Limit of disturbance (LOD) stakeout through various private properties Stakeout of pipeline on 100-foot intervals Well site as-built topographic surveys Boundary and property evidence surveys of properties Water source surveys Topographic surveys Environmental field assessments and wetlands identification Erosion and sedimentation plans Highway occupancy permits Well pad and impoundment design Site design Site Planning & Design Experience Our design team works collaboratively with our clients to ensure delivery of a project that best meets the needs of operators while complying with cost/budget constraints. JMT project engineers, supported by surveyors and environmental specialists, have experience with preparing topographic surveys and site development plans to comply with state and local requirements. JMT staff has experience working with local municipalities, DEP, DOTs and other review agencies that may require application for approvals to successfully move a design project to construction. JMT s site planning and design staff work collaboratively with construction management staff to ensure constructability of design and to adjust designs for unforeseen conditions that are encountered in the field. Survey JMT provides a full staff of professional land surveyors and survey technicians trained to use the latest state-of-the-art equipment and software. JMT surveyors provide complete boundary and 3-D topographic surveys, deed research, metes and bounds description and parcel map preparation for property acquisitions for private and public easements and right-of-way takings. Our survey team provides full support to JMT s design staff. Erosion & Sedimentation Plans Our engineers and environmental scientists have extensive experience in preparing erosion and sedimentation plans including NPDES, ESCGP-2 and additional environmental permits (general permits and ESC approvals in West Virginia and Ohio), construction sequencing, interim and final site stabilization and post construction needs for an array of land improvements. We routinely prepare cost-effective innovative best management practices to limit surface runoff volumes and reduce water runoff pollution loadings while applying solutions that minimize maintenance and add end user value. Additionally, we offer field inspection services of erosion and sedimentation control measures to ensure implementation complies with plan specifications and permitting requirements.

Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) & Roadway User Maintenance Agreements (RUMA) Our HOP Team is intimately familiar with the HOP review process, procedures and design requirements in accordance with Pennsylvania Code, Title 67, Chapter 444 (Access and Occupancy of Highways by Driveways and Local Roads), and Pennsylvania Code, Title 67, Chapter 459 (Occupancy of Highways by Utilities), PennDOT Publication No. 170 (Highway Occupancy Permit Manual), PennDOT Design Manuals, PennDOT Publication No. 408 and other applicable criteria and guidelines. We also have experience in RUMA preparation in Ohio, and with the West Virginia Department of Highways. We understand the potential impacts on people, communities and infrastructure.
