Content Creation: Single Upload Brand: All brands must be pre-registered in Lazada. Otherwise, sellers may temporarily input OEM. Brand name on the product image and the brand name in the brand field must match. Add brands, if needed, through the link (It may take 2-4 days) Mandatory attributes for the following sub-categories Fashion: Clothing Electronics: Mobiles & Tablets, Computers & Laptops, TV, Audio / Video, Gaming & Wearables, Cameras Attribute values will be either text or number (with single/multi-option) If you don t fill in all the mandatory attributes, you ll get an error message 15

Do not input units. 18

Avoid inserting 999/100 for every products Price: Must include shipping fee, Lazada commission, Payment fee etc Special Price: Discount rate cannot be larger than 80% Prices must be in local currency, e.g. Singapore platform = Singapore Dollars Price must be reasonable: 1 USD < Price / Special Price < 1500USD; All products outside of the price range / discount range limit will go offline / rejected Start date of promotion & End date of promotion: Both fields must be filled in whenever you input a Special Price. 19

Content Creation: Single Upload Mandatory Recommended Number of images - Minimum of 1 product image must be uploaded - 2 to 8 images to be uploaded Image size and resolution - Minimum image display of 500 x 500 pixel and maximum 2000 x 2000 pixel. - Image has minimum 72dpi resolution: product must look clear, sharp and neither blurry, grainy or pixelated - Product image display of 850 x 850 pixels and above - 1 x 1 image ratio is recommended - Product should cover more than 80% the canvas of the longest axis - Product image has white background Product view in image - Front view of the main product is clearly shown and not blocked or covered. - Multi product, multi view and multi color products are allowed in the same image yet the exact product being sold must be mentioned in the product name/ short description/ highlights - Product should be unwrapped. Wrapped products are only accepted for all categories as long as the product sold is shown clearly on the package - Product is displayed in correct shape, no stretched and proportionate in image - Product should have front view display or a 30 degree angle view of the product. - Product is professionally photographed in studio - The entire of product is shown in the canvas - Product has no reflection of people or other objects. - Product is clean and free from dust or fingerprints. - Product surface / material close-up is clearly shown Others - Product image is matching with the content - For lingerie, underwear, sleepwear, swimming suit cultural sensitivity of the local region to be taken into account on case by case basis to decide on model/mannequins or individual piece images. - Image does not contain watermark, text, logo or graphics. 21

Quality Check Note: o Every listing will be reviewed for quality check. However, products without images will not be reviewed. o Inactive (OFF status) products will not be reviewed. Contents can still be revised. o Quality Check may take up to 9 business days from the time it was last edited, not from the product creation date. Constant revision of the content/images before Quality Check approval will cause delay in the review process. o When you revise info of the products that are already live, the changes will go through Quality Check again. Until the change is approved and overwrite the previous information, the contents will remain unchanged on Lazada s website. Rejected Products: Revise them according to the rejection reasons. 30
