Volunteering Mentor Job-Pairs - Creating Opportunities The Job-Pairs team (www.job-pairs.gr) "creates" Mentee - Mentor pairs (matching process) and then they engage in a series of four meetings, during which the goal is to share and exchange experience, the Mentor to provide guidance to the Mentee as to how successfully (re-)enter the job market.
