As Property Managers, we apply our professional credentials and expertise to create value within our real estate portfolio. Our Team: Michael A. Greenzang President Michael A. Greenzang has been with the company since 1992, and has been integral in its growth. He has been responsible for managing the assets of the company consisting of more than 1,300 multi-family units. In addition to his work with NWJ Companies (an affiliate of Green Street Management), he has worked in various management capacities with Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.; Nabisco, Inc.; Loreal USA; Vlassic Food International; and Merck-Medco. Mr. Greenzang received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Nicholas J. Moos Vice President - Property Management Nicholas J. Moos, CPM, Vice President of Property Management for Green Street Management & its affiliate, Signature Community Management LLC. He is responsible for the direction of property management personnel and interacting with ownership entities, hiring, supervising and motivating regional personnel, reviewing and implementing new management policies, reviewing all annual budgets, development of new training programs for all on site personnel, development of marketing plans for under-performing assets and setting goals for the property management department. Brian M. Kroker Vice President - Asset Management Brian M. Kroker is Vice President of Asset Management for an affiliate, NWJ Companies, and has been with the company since 2005. Mr. Kroker brings over 28 years of experience in asset management, finance, accounting, operations, acquisitions and dispositions to NWJ along with first hand experience in all real estate property types including multi-family housing, office, industrial, hotel and mixed use properties, Other senior level management positions that Mr. Kroker held include Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Vice President of Finance with Bell Atlantic Properties (former real estate subsidiary of Bell Atlantic, now Verizon), Chief Financial Officer & VP- Operations with Alliance Worldwide Management (executive office suite company), and Chief Operating Officer of Colliers L&A. More recently, Mr. Kroker was President of his own consulting company which provided asset management services to several regional organizations, including University of Pennsylvania (University City Associates), Parkway Corporation, Berwind Capital and others.

Working with the Regional Manager are the on-site Managers, who take day-to-day care of the property s administration. A Property Management Accountant is assigned to assist with the proper processing of paper work for specific properties. And our VP of Property Management oversees the entire processes. Assumption Team and Process Each new management account brought into the portfolio is initially assigned to our assumption team. This team is led by the Regional Manager assigned to the property. The transition plan is guided by the company s Assumption Check List to ensure that all important issues are managed. Our accounting team is responsible for the implementation of all administrative aspects of the property and training of those who will manage them. This allows the Regional Manager to concentrate on the important property, marketing, and personnel issues that need to be addressed immediately. All accounting and administrative issues are closely scrutinized and company policies are immediately implemented.
