The mended ordinnce would expnd the bility of homeowners to crete ccessory dwelling units through ministeril process, nd estblish new development regultions. 2

AGREEMENT WITH ENTERPRISE LEASE MANAGEMENT FOR VEHICLE REPLACEMENT The Police Deprtment hs utilized Enterprise Lese Mngement for the lst severl yers to provide vehicles to personnel ssigned to investigtions nd dministrtion. The 48 month lese term of one of those vehicles ssigned to dministrtion hs expired. This item is for the pprovl of new 48 month lese greement to replce 2012 Chrysler 300 four door sedn ssigned to Administrtive Services. It is stff recommendtion tht the City Council for the City of Bell Grdens dopt the ttched resolution, pproving new lese greement with Enterprise Fleet Mngement for the replcement of one police vehicle. 3

SB 649 is intended to eliminte locl control when plcing smll cell technology in the right-of-wy, reduce fees tht cities cn chrge by tying them to ctul costs (similr to utilities), nd pplictions to instll smll cell technology could be pproved without review. If SB 649 is pssed, Cliforni cities will hve limited opportunity to protect their right to monetize city-owned ssets, mnge esthetics, nd control the right of wys.
