COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT Machinery building plant Byelkamit LLP is the Kazakhstani commodity manufacturer. Established in 1995 within the framework of inter governmental Kazakhstani American program «Joint reduction of threat», Byelkamit combined production experience of soviet defense factory Gidromash and experience of international producers of oil & gas equipment. 2

All changes are duly documented in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 quality system. Production capabilities Complex processing equipment: columns, reactors, oil and gas separators, filters; Storage equipment: high pressure vessels, storage tanks with floating or fixed roof; Heat exchanging equipment: heavy shell and tube heat exchangers;furnace;steam condensers; Fabricated steel structures: tube assemblies, flanges, steel bridge structures, steel structures for cranes, loading racks and modular structures; Pipeline equipment: pig receiver launcher; Sluice structures. 3

DESIGN DEPARTMENT Main goal of Design Department is developing an engineering solutions for Byelkamit s production activity in conjunction with the Western Technology/Codes/Standards. Design Department personnel graduated from famous Soviet Union and Kazakhstan institutes such as Moscow Aviation Institute, Kharkov Aviation Institute, Tomsk University, Kazakh National Technical University, etc. Part of personnel went through professional trainings from 3 month up to 6 month in Italy, Russia, France, the U.S., and Japan complemented by software trainings in COMPRESS and AUTODESK INVENTOR/AutoCAD programs. Engineers develop documentation in English, Russian and Kazakh languages. Projects are developed in compliance with national (ГОСТ, СНиП, ПНАЭ) and international standards (ASME, API 620, API 650, API 661, API 2000, BS, EN, DIN). 5

PRODUCTION PORTFOLIO For past 25 years «Byelkamit» LLP produced more than four thousand units of technological equipment, including more than 200 pressure vessels with stamp U, more than 400 vessels and column equipment, 37 autoclaves, 50 tanks, 31 units of modular separation equipment, 110 modules of air cooled heat exchangers and other non standard equipment along with fabricated steel structures. 8
