It s simple. It s digital. Interface for Intelligent Process Integration xflow Interface, an innovation from WMD, is a multifaceted system interface for connecting all your data extraction to ERP, archive, and workflow systems.
WMD xflow Interface Cross Application Interface Come to the Intelligent Interface for Integrating Processes Most companies today receive documents in a diversity of formats, through a range of channels paper documents, emails, documents submitted by EDI, and documents with an electronic signature. xflow Interface provides a solution that is particularly flexible in handling these different forms of incoming information. In addition to managing any number of input channels (scanners, email inboxes, directories, etc.), Interface provides complex mechanisms for checking processes, as well as extensive options for conversion. Incoming data can be output in parallel via different channels. A scanned invoice can be saved in an archive and simultaneously directed to data extraction. As the point of transfer between different input channels and target systems, xflow Interface is a vital component in the sophisticated interfunctionality of our solutions. It mediates a streamlined flow between data extraction, your ERP system, and your archive system, and other systems in your landscape. Invoice Handling The Standard xflow Procedure A company with a fully automated invoice approval process receives invoices in paper form or as email attachments. The paper documents are digitized with a scanner, after which xflow Interface passes them on to the data extraction step. Invoices received electronically land in a dedicated mailbox. xflow Interface Mail, an extension of xflow Interface, listens to the email inboxes that have been pre-defined as permanent recipients for incoming invoices and directs them on to the electronic workflow. In a standard parallel step, the WMD interface programm transfers the digitized invoices to the archive, where they are saved in tamper-proof form. After the invoice has moved through the approval process, xflow Interface writes more transactional information to the invoice record in the archive. xflow Interface can run all scenarios and configurations in parallel and monitor them centrally. It also offers other processing routines such as PDF conversion.

01 xflow Interface Invoice Working with Invoice Data in SAP When the xflow Basis server has sent the data, xflow Interface Invoice processes incoming invoices in the respective SAP application. After the data has been adopted, it is validated, protocolled, and imported to the whichever transactions have been set up for posting. Only tried and tested SAP standards such as BAPI and batch input procedure have been used for the development of xflow Interface Invoice. The process status can be monitored in the central Invoice Monitor. User exits can be used to customize any important event the customer might have. Workplace for Verification in SAP GUI All the data that has been adopted can easily be visualized with the verify workplace. The correctness of details in the data can be verified and, if necessary, corrected with system support directly in SAP. This is all geared towards providing the end user with a GUI that is easy to maneuver. xflow Interface Invoice is not a purely technical interface it is more like a Workplace in the accounting department. 02 xflow Interface ArchiveLink xflow Interface ArchiveLink supports the SAP scenarios Late Storing with Barcode and Direct Assignment of SAP Business Objects. In recent years, tax legislation has granted electronic invoices in most countries the same legality as paper invoices. This is yet another reason for companies to take advantage of the speed, efficiency, and directness of digital invoice receipt. xflow Interface Mail offers full integration and logging of document transfer to xflow Invoice. All emails, invoices, and attachments can be automatically submitted from a defined receiver mailbox directly to the workflow process within the ERP system.
