WHAT S NEW DataTrak Spanish Unique DataTrak URI provides a Spanish language experience for the DataTrak user All of the same functionality as the English version No additional software or plug-ins to run Both English and Spanish DataTrak are the same system. WHAT S NEW DataTrak/MICROS Integration MICROS specializes in point of sale transactions for food and beverage sales Members will have the ability to use their DataTrak Club Account/House Charge to pay for MICROS point of sale transactions 8 9

MYiCLUBonline Premium allows members to upgrade their agreement online without assistance from their health club staff. When a member completes an upgrade agreement in MYiCLUBonline, they just sign with their mouse or finger on their mobile device. A copy of the completed agreement is then emailed to the member, as well as stored in DataTrak and in ABC s imaging system where it can be accessed later if needed. Billing amounts and available club amenities update in the member s account automatically based on the agreement upgrade. 10 11

You Can Sell Memberships Anywhere, Anytime! All you need is a tablet of your choice. Sign up new members at corporate events, shopping malls or even the front counter at the gym. If someone wants to join, just hand him or her a tablet, and in a few minutes, they re signed up. They can even sign a membership contract with their finger! After selecting a location, the member is presented with the various membership options available at that location. A touch of the select button gets them on their way.
