The post holder will persuade volunteers/clients to engage with the project and communication with partners and funders to promote the project. The Mentoring Support Worker will manage their own caseload and will have to provide a written update after each meeting. The Support Worker will be required to work some early evenings and weekends, especially Saturdays. Overtime is not payable as Sova operates a time off in lieu system for any hours worked in addition to those stated. Minimum 2 hours per week (As and when required Sessional) This post is subject to a 6-month probationary period. 1 weeks notice is required on either side during probationary period. Once confirmed in post, notice is 4 weeks on either side. This post is dependent on current funding.
