Automatic Vacuum Forming Machines ECOFORMER KMV ECOFORMER KMV 53 E The high-performance automatic vacuum forming machines of the KMV series offer advantages that count. They stand out thanks to their flexibility, high degree of automation, simple operation and maximum efficiency. Steel-rule cutting and stacking unit are integrated into the machine. Whether ECOFORMER or the classical KMV-D machines, the KMV series is used in the manufacture of components made of PS, EPS, PP, PE, PVC and APET (with or without compressed-air support). It offers low production costs with maximum yield. Flexible adaptation to the forming area Pressure forming with 3 bar with maximum forming area, up to 5 bar with correspondingly reduced forming area for higher quality, even with short production runs. Improved air system The ECOFORMER supplies forming air to the forming tool extremely fast. The forming air also escapes suddenly. Both is responsible for a short cooling time and high-performance production. High heating performance 3 x heating length in lower and upper heater, movable close up to the tool for fast and uniform heating of the film and greater flexibility when selecting materials. Lower clamping frame The ECOFORMER does not need a pre-blow box. Besides better accessibility this permits the use of a lower clamping frame and additional possibilities in terms of tool design. Additional width adjustment An additional width-adjustment mechanism downstream of the stacking unit is available as an option for a more precise positioning of the products during the stacking process.
