The URBAN 8 Difference Each Urban 8 food court consists of eight local chef-driven restaurant brands and a contemporary, upscale, craft-cocktail bar. OPPORTUNITIES Each Urban 8 restaurant operator/partner is encouraged to create a unique and diverse menu that always includes some healthier and more wholesome food choices that complement and enhance the overall food court dining experience of the customer. We are not looking for the trendy we are striving for the finest food in your culinary genre. Urban 8 restaurant spaces range from 250 to 400 square feet and are available on a first-come basis. Urban 8 management and your fellow restauranteurs are depending on your success, and therefore excellence in all aspects of your restaurant s presentation is required. Each prospective restaurant operator/partner must undergo a simple, but carefully designed evaluation process based on menu items, price structure, taste and overall appeal. Each vendor will be exclusive, and there will never be any competing brands. We want our customers to have 8 unique and distinct choices each time they visit. That s why we re Urban 8!
