EXCO / TGGT Haynesville Development 24-inch NGPL / 12-inch HPL The project consisted of 22.5 miles of 24-inch and four (4) miles of 12-inch pipeline and associated facilities. UPI provided EPCM services including, but not limited to, project development, AFE development, project management, project controls and scheduling, procurement support, routing, survey, engineering, design, construction management, construction bid packages / evaluations and inspection services. UPI worked closely with and supported third party right-of-way and environmental team members. Regency Intrastate Gas Cane Hill Interconnects UPI provided project management, design engineering, construction management, procurement, scheduling, survey and inspection for three interconnect sites with 20-inch and 24-inch pipe. Tenaksa Haynesville Development TPFII Phase IV UPI performed preliminary survey, mapping, permitting support, design and project management, bidding services, construction management, as-built survey for 10 miles of varying pipe size (12-inch through 24-inch) in Sabine County, Texas. Services included three long laterals connecting the TPFII East Texas gathering systems with the Endeavor Line. Tenaska Haynesville Development TPFII Endeavor UPI performed final design, bidding services, construction management, and as-built survey for a 10- mile, 24-inch pipeline in Sabine County, Texas. XTO Logansport 12-inch Lateral: UPI provided survey, drafting, and engineering for preliminary, construction and as-built of 5 miles of 12-inch pipe. RIGS / ETC M&R Station: UPI provided engineering, drafting, mechanical, electrical and civil design for a measurement facility (12-inch ultrasonic) RIGS / Gulf South Interconnect: UPI provided engineering, drafting, mechanical, electrical and civil design for a measurement facility. Logansport 4-inch Liquids Line: UPI provided engineering, mapping, survey, construction management, procurement support, project controls and scheduling for approximately 5.5 miles of 4- inch water line. Winnsboro As-Builts: UPI provided as-built maps for Winnsboro Loop 74 miles of 42-inch pipe. Delhi Extension: UPI provided survey, drafting, and engineering for preliminary, construction and as-built of approximately 29 miles of 42-inch pipeline. Logansport Expansion Phase II: UPI provided survey, drafting, and engineering for preliminary, construction and as-built of 9 miles of 20-inch pipeline. Logansport Extension: UPI provided survey, drafting, and engineering for preliminary, construction and as-built of 21 miles of 24-inch pipeline. Red River Extension: UPI provided survey, drafting, and engineering for preliminary, construction and as-built of 12 miles of 36-inch pipe. Kinderhawk Haynesville Development Gathering Systems UPI provided survey, drafting and engineering for preliminary, construction and as-built of approximately 12 miles of 8-inch and 10-inch pipe. Marcellus Shale Anadarko Marcellus Midstream Development - Seely Trunkline Project UPI provided engineering, design, procurement and construction management services for Seely Trunkline, which consisted of 24.6 miles of 24-inch and 7.4 miles of 16-inch natural gas gathering pipeline and associated pipeline facilities in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The project included seven horizontal directional drills in the Appalachian Mountains. Anadarko Marcellus Midstream Development - Sproul Trunkline Project UPI provided engineering, design, procurement and construction management services for the Sproul Trunkline. This natural gas system consisted of 27.4 miles of 20-inch and 16-inch pipeline and associated pipeline facilities in Centre County and Clinton County, Pennsylvania. Southwestern Energy Marcellus Water Program Management UPI provided services to develop, engineer and manage SWN s water infrastructure projects. Systems included several miles of large diameter pipelines for fresh water, produced water and treated water. UPI provided EPCM services including, but not limited to AFE development, project management, project controls and scheduling, hydraulic modeling, production engineering, permitting, field of development, design and routing, detailed process design, pump facility design, central delivery facilities, frac ponds, vessel and process equipment design, HAZOP reviews, material management, survey, construction management and commissioning. EXCO Resources Marcellus Salt Water Program Management UPI provided services to develop and engineer EXCO s Marcellus salt water gathering and disposal system. The system included over 60 well hookups, 16 miles of pipeline, modifications to 10 salt water common points, fabrication of 20 mainline risers and multiple county and lease road crossings. Additionally UPI provided services including, but not limited to plan of development, AFE development, hydraulic modeling, gathering system design and routing, commercial and economics support, detailed process, design, well head facility design, central delivery facilities, vessel and process equipment design, HAZOP reviews, procurement and expediting, construction management and commissioning. Anadarko Marcellus Midstream Development UPI provided engineering, design and procurement services for the development of Anadarko s midstream operations in the Marcellus Shale production area. Midstream facilities began downstream of the production meter and included receipt and delivery metering, dehydration, well pad piping, 6- inch Flexsteel gathering lines, 6-inch to 12-inch steel gathering pipelines and pipeline facilities. Eagle Ford Shale Anadarko Cochina Gas and Oil Gathering System UPI provided services in engineering and design for the development of the Cochina Gas and Oil Gathering System which consisted of approximately 69 miles of various diameters and lengths. The gas pipelines and related facilities are located in Dimmit County and LaSalle County, Texas. Anadarko Cochina Oil Handling Facility UPI provided engineering and design services associated with the installation of new tanks, pumps, metering and related facilities to allow for injection of 30,000 barrels of oil into the 12 Cotulla Oil Pipeline. Anadarko Maverick 12 Cotulla Oil Pipeline UPI provided services in engineering, design in pipeline and facility, and support in procurement, construction, commissioning and operating. Scope consisted of 28 miles of 12-inch DOT regulated crude oil pipeline and associated facilities. The scope originated at the Maverick Oil Terminal and consisted of tankage, pumps and meters, and terminated at the Cotulla Terminal. UPI supported Anadarko all phases throughout the project from the design to construction. Anadarko Maverick Oil Delivery System Pipeline UPI provided services in engineering, design in pipeline and facility, and support in procurement, construction, commissioning and operating. The scope consisted of 11.5 miles of 12-inch DOT regulated crude oil pipeline and associated facilities. The expanded pipeline capacity allowed a peak production rate up to 120,000BBL per day. The inlet crude oil pipeline feeding the facility was routed from the 12 Cotulla Pipeline to the Gardendale Meter Station. Carrizo Oil and Gas Eagle Ford Program Management UPI prepared a development plan for the build out of 3,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale. Acreage involved four Texas counties with varying oil and gas plays. Scope included AFE development, project management, project controls, scheduling, production engineering, hydraulic modeling, environmental services, gathering system design and routing, commercial and economics support, detailed process, design, well head facility design, central delivery facilities, vessel and process equipment design, HAZOP reviews, frac (produced and treated) water systems, procurement, survey, construction management and commissioning. Chesapeake Midstream Eagle Ford Construction Management UPI provided services in construction management and inspection, as well as on-site advisory engineering for multiple midstream gathering projects. Scope included pipeline, process facilities, pumps and compression facilities, and measurement facilities for water, oil, condensate and gas. El Paso Midstream Eagle Ford Gathering Multi-Phase Development UPI provided EPCM services to develop and build out several miles of gathering lines, interconnects and liquid handling facilities throughout LaSalle County, Texas. Scope included survey, engineering and design, environmental and construction management. Multi-phase projects consisted of oil, gas, water and NGL systems. Additional services included project development, AFE development, environmental services, project management, project controls, scheduling, procurement support, routing and construction bid packages. El Paso Corporation Eagle Ford Gathering Richie Farms Extension UPI provided services in engineering, design, AFE development, environmental services, project management, project controls and scheduling, procurement support, routing and construction bid packages. The scope consisted of eight miles of dual 8-inch pipelines (gas and oil) and associated facilities. Additionally load out facilities for rail and truck as well as a pump station and a liquids storage station for blending capabilities were included in this scope. Future facilities work for this scope included measurement stations for the liquids and gas service. UniversalPegasus International - Page 1 of 3

Eagle Ford Shale Forest Oil Eagle Ford Plan of Development UPI provided a development plan and field infrastructure TIC for 118,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale. UPI completed preliminary design concepts for the wellhead, flow lines, gathering lines, central delivery facilities and compressor stations. MEandP Eagle Ford Program Management UPI provided EPCM services to develop and build out more than 200,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale. Acreage involves 10 Texas counties and four fields of varying oil and gas plays. UPI provided additional services including AFE development, project management, project controls and scheduling, production engineering, hydraulic modeling, environmental services, field development, gathering system design and routing, commercial and economics support, detailed process design, wellhead facility design, central delivery facilities, vessel and process equipment design, HAZOP reviews, frac (produced and treated) water systems, procurement, survey, and construction management and commissioning. ONEOK Mt. Belvieu Storage Project UPI designed a storage facility for a bi-directional flow that flowed to and from the transfer station. Product lines contained launcher and receivers installed for the pipelines. An emergency shutdown loop was installed and dual 40 O.D. horizontal filter vessels were designed for each line. The well line-up manifold was extended for tie-in of Ethane, Propane, EP, and Raw Feed. Design for metering and meter prover performed for future incoming lines. Multi-tiered steel pipe racks and bridges were built to accommodate current incoming and outgoing lines with design for future levels when additional lines added to the facility. Incoming power coordinated and design performed for power and control requirements for emergency shutdown loops, filters, metering, and pipeline leak detection. ONEOK - West Winfree Project UPI provided engineering services to build a transfer station for its Ethane and NGL purity products. This transfer station was designed to accommodate incoming and outgoing flow to multiple customers with their associated pressures and flow rates. Flow rates ranged from 50,000 BBL/D to 70,000 BBL/D at 1200 psig with a maximum capacity of 85,000 BBL/D to 155,000 BBL/D. Primary source of products received from fractionation plants and salt dome storage facility. Incoming and outgoing lines designed to an ANSI 900 system and consisted of Ethane, Propane, and EP. Plains All American Pipeline Eagle Ford Pipeline System UPI provided services in survey, GIS, engineering, design in pipeline and facility, and support in procurement, construction, commissioning and operating for the Plains All American Eagle Ford Pipeline System. The scope consisted of 66 miles of 20-inch 13,500 BPH crude oil and condensate pipeline between the Gardendale and Three Rivers Terminals, with pump stations at Gardendale and Tilden. The terminal sites are located at Gardendale, Fowlerton, Tilden. The Three Rivers consisted of up to eight floating roof storage tanks with capacities up to 150,000 barrels, custody transfer metering and tie-in to 3rd. party connections and truck unloading for delivery of products into the system. Swift Energy Eagle Ford Program Management UPI provided services to develop and build out more than 80,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale. Acreage involved four Texas counties of varying oil and gas plays. UPI provided EPCM services including AFE development, project management, project controls and scheduling, production engineering, hydraulic modeling, environmental services, field development, flow line design and routing, detailed process design, well head facility design, central delivery facilities, frac ponds, vessel and process equipment design, HAZOP reviews, material management, survey, construction management and commissioning. SM Energy Eagle Ford Program Management UPI provided services to develop and build out several miles of water systems in the Eagle Ford Shale. Systems include frac water, produced water and treated water. The facility had a capacity of 75 mmscfandd, with a highly condensed H2S train and multiple product outlets. Talisman Energy Eagle Ford Program Management UPI provided EPCM services to develop and build out over 38,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale. Acreage involved 4 Texas Counties with varying oil and gas plays. Additional scope included AFE development, project management, project controls and scheduling, production engineering, hydraulic modeling, environmental services, field of development, gathering system design and routing, commercial and economics support, detailed process, design, well head facility design, central delivery facilities, vessel and process equipment design, HAZOP reviews, frac (produced and treated) water systems, procurement and expediting, survey, construction management and commissioning. Utica Shale Anadarko Utica Midstream Development Acreage Development Project UPI provided engineering consulting services to develop and manage Anadarko s proposed expansion in the Utica Shale play in Eastern Ohio. Anadarko planned to continue drilling, as they evaluated the liquidsrich potential of 390,000-acre (gross) position in the Utica. UPI services provided Anadarko with a logical and systematic approach to expanding into the region, by proposing gathering and trunk line configurations, as well as processing, tank and storage capacity locations. Anadarko Utica Midstream Development Construction Management Project UPI provided construction management services during drilling operations, while installing gathering lines, well pads, tank batteries and compressor units.
