The TKI module concept - The successful building block to form constructive system solutions. Over 40 years of evolution within modern window, door and façade systems. Almost half a century of experience in the design, development and production of high quality window, door and façade systems for luxury construction and housing projects have produced the outstanding product properties. All certification tests to conform to relevant requirements, being British CWCT, the EN standards or the RAL certification, are carried out at certified institutes such as ift Rosenheim Gmbh, Wintech Engineering, Chiltern Dynamics, etc. The TKI system has achieved outstanding values in all system tests and is a popular choice not only to the experts. This is how it works out Highest quality + Unsurpassed flexibility + Innovative design TKI success kit The ability to have a combination of components, even having different frame depths, makes TKI attractive to both new build and renovation projects. Ultimately the TKI excels not only in quality and flexibility but also in its innovative design. Due to the wide range of profiles offered the architects and developers now have more creative influence in the building design than other systems allow. Tradition meets quality
The innovative system for tomorrow s requirements. - When high values set the standard, this is called TKI. TKI 755 Innovation built-in. Innovation by the means of technical know-how is the basis of our method. The TKI system therefore excels by means of the best test results in the area s of air permeability, resistance to wind load, water tightness under heavy rain, ease of operation, continuous operation, burglar protection and acoustics. The experience from the constant close co-operation with architects, planners and contractors is applied to all new and proposed developments. This is how it works out: Innovative technology + Highest planning reliability + Maximum design scope TKI success kit Power for innovations By using the TKI systems both window manufacturers and architects are assured of the highest reliability and maximum freedom. In addition to the ability to combine the various groups within the system, the intelligent design of our products is reflected in many aspects: Variable frame elevation width, numerous fitting options, completely concealed or surface mounted fittings and the suitable design of the operational controls and furniture offer the key to comfortably for fill every project requirement however special it may be. This also includes always being up to date with the latest technology: The automatic control with E-Tec Drive for ventilation, daylight, thermal convection and security systems which are becoming increasingly important within the luxury construction and housing developments. This is therefore a fundamental element of the extensive TKI portfolio.

The basic material of the TKI system is aluminium. A modern, dimensionally stable, durable material, which is suitable for every house and every style. Aluminium excels with numerous advantages: Extreme resistance to ultra violet rays and corrosion, high burglar protection and soundproofing as well as a broad spectrum of stylistic designs and colours provide only the start. The TKI system is durable, low maintenance and environmentally friendly as aluminium is 100% recyclable without a great deal of energy being used in the process. The excellent insulation properties of the composite profiles within the TKI window, door and façade systems make an economical solution. They excel in competition with other systems thanks to unrivalled U values. The resulting reduction of the heating requirement decreases both the consumption of energy as well as emissions and costs. TKI 755 Efficiency built-in. This is how it works out: Environmentally compatible materials + Best energy balance + Government sponsoring Responsibility for our environment runs through all TKI products and operational sequences. This is how it works out: Thousand options + Better installation + Less maintenance TKI success kit TKI is economical and popular due to the standard profiles offering an unsurpassed number of execution options. Difficult requirements and special constructions can also be realised economically and without any problems with TKI. Added to this is that TKI already saves valuable working time during installation, for attention was paid to optimum ease of processing early in the design and development. Further savings are made once installed, as TKI systems have in the past demonstrated an absolute lack of need for maintenance. What is more, the protection of the capital outlay of the installation begins as early as during the planning. Profitable and long-lasting

Technical details TKI 252 Curtain walling façade system. Construction Thermally isolated curtain wall constructed specifically for differing design, production and assembly variations. Thanks to the notching in the mullion, the loads from the transoms diverted directly onto the mullions. Differing transom connections are used in accordance with specific and static requirements. The transoms can be installed on special spring pin connectors after mullion assembly. The profile depth of the transoms is reduced by 1mm to prevent any visible cut surfaces. Gaskets The internal glazing gaskets on both the mullions and transoms are the same depth. Varying spacer profiles and gasket depths can compensate for differing infill thicknesses. The internal gaskets can also be installed as vulcanized frames. The glazing infill are held in place by special stainless steel clips during assembly, as a result there is no need for temporary holding the glazing with short pressure plates, therefore, the final assembly can be carried out directly. Surface treatment Anodised. Natural or coloured. Powder coating Wet paint coating Elevation Width 50mm Profile depth Mullions 52mm to 206mm Transoms 51mm to 205mm Design Variants Basic construction: Plastic spacer between external and internal profiles. Hi construction: As above but with additional insulation to the glazing rebate area. Hi+ construction: As above but with a specially insulated external pressure plate. Thermal Insulation U f value 1.1 W/(m 2 K). Quality from one source Metal workers develop for metal workers Profitability and user-friendliness are our tools for your success. TKI is being developed by MKF Metallbaukontor Frankfurt GmbH, a free cooperation association, in which more than thirty metal construction companies maintain a constant dialogue. This concentration of know-how, which commenced in joint purchasing, has in the interaction of more than 40 years of joint experience produced the successful TKI systems. This is how it works out: More than 40 years of experience + Practical know-how + Perfect logistics TKI success kit Strength through synergy MKF is a growing association of metal-working concerns, which has since 2009 also been offering non-affiliated companies price advantages when purchasing their materials. Just like the cooperation partners, developers and architects can also rely on constant availability and shortest delivery times due to the outstanding integration. In addition, they can benefit from the service quality and fall back on the consultancy and support expertise of the highly qualified employees as early as during the planning or even during a building project. When metal window manufacturers undertake development work for metal window manufacturers, this results in numerous advantages for the architects and above all for the processing and assembly plant: Because only economical solutions which have been developed from practical experience guarantee the best possible processing and expedient material usage. In this way, TKI saves labour cost and cash and this, what is more, with the highest quality standards.
