In addition, in exceptional circumstances, general personal data, concerning your professional experience, can be collected following your consent from previous employers, indicated by yourself during the job interview. The processing will be carried out manually or using electronic tools by especially commissioned and trained personnel to ensure that only indispensable data is used for the time strictly required for the achievement of the aims for which it was collected and using suitable precautions to guarantee the security, privacy and any other right to which you are entitled.

To this end MAW has adopted a suitable corporate policy for the protection of privacy, aimed at preventing the loss and destruction of data, non-authorised access and processing that is illegal or not in conformity with the reasons for which it is collected. To facilitate the evaluation of your CV we suggest that you only include general personal data in the same; if sensitive data is included such as membership of "protected categories", this data will be processed only after your written consent. Additional sensitive data ("sensitive" includes data related to racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, religious, philosophical, political or trade union organisations as well as personal data related to health and sexual activity) will be immediately cancelled. Your data will be stored for a maximum period of 12 months and after this time it will be cancelled from the data bank and paper copies will be made illegible via destruction. MAW informs you that the provision of your data for the purposes of employment candidature is entirely optional. Refusal or the incomplete or erroneous provision of necessary information will make it impossible to carry out search and selection activities.
