HYDRAULIC UNITS
Established in 1962, we have always chased the dream of being involved in meaningful and relevant projects. It s been more than fifty years and we ve beaten that path. There have been over 1,000 projects completed by General Fluidi, some of which could be categorized as game changers and more than 35,000 constructed plants. Despite our years and extensive work experience, the nice thing is that we are absolutely fit and determined to continue this beautiful journey by putting our know-how and manufacturing power to good use for as many companies in as many countries as possible.
In the core of the machines since 1962 STRONG POINTS General Fluidi was founded in 1962 and has become the first oleo dynamic centre in north-eastern Italy, playing a leading role in oleo dynamic systems for engineering industry. General Fluidi produces cylinders and oleo dynamic power plants relying on a robust commercial structure. It has been operating in various industries. The relationship with customers has been refined so to meet a large variety of needs. The company s goal is to maximize the customers satisfaction, trying to surpass the most ambitious expectations. Long-term experience in the oleo dynamic sector Projects that are developed and tested to keep on improving plants and products Intervention strategies and testing with precise time goals In so many years, it has been acquiring an over and over considerable market sector creating long-lasting relations with customers, based on coherence and commitment to satisfy any needs. Deep analysis of the industry and customer s needs to guarantee the best performance High-quality materials and selected components WE DESIGN, BUILD, TEST AND INSTALL COMPLETE HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS Since 1962 we have been trying to find the best project solutions defying the market and investing constantly on research, development, technologies, machines and staff training to increase results and meet the needs of our customers. A team of skillful designers will analyze your specific needs and will develop a custom-made plant assuring the highest standards of functionality and reliability.
THE General fluidi QUALITY FOR OVER 50 YEARS, GENERAL FLUIDI IS SYNONOMOUS WITH QUALITY, RELIABILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. All General Fluidi hydraulic units meet strict quality control standards that are tested at all manufacturing stages, from design, construction and implementation. We make it a point to look for and use components that are Made in Italy, which has become an essential characteristics of our hydraulic units. Over the decades, thanks to a flexible internal system oriented towards the development of new products, we have gained considerable know-how in the design and manufacturing of hydraulic power units. Our ability to provide our customers with products and services in a timely manner has also always been an integral part of our mission. General Fluidi has been recognized for quality alsoat the international level thanks to the following certifications that have been obtained: OHSAS 18001:2007: Certificate of Conformity for Workmen s Health and Safety Management Systems ISO 9001:2008: Certificate of Compliance for Quality Business Management
Standard hydraulic power units The Identification Code The technical specifications of General Fluidi s standard hydraulic power units are given in the Identification Code. You can automatically generate the code of the previously chosen control unit that will be at the heart of your machine. For orders and requests for information on control units, refer to the diagram below to generate the code. The identification code consists of alphanumeric elements relating to: the type of control unit, the tank s maximum pressure, the pump flow and engine power. ID code example CVI-0250-0180 - 0075-018,0 TYPE OF UNIT 3 letters for the code of the control units (refer to Table A ) TANK It is the capacity of the tank s contents in liters. (refer to Table B ) e.g.: 250 liters=0250 MAXIMUM PRESSURE Displayed in Bar (refer to Table C ) from 0 to 250 bar (for higher pressures up to 250 bar please contact us) PUMP FLOW espressa in litri al minuto L/MIN (refer to Table D ) (in case of multiple pump units, take the sum of the capacities) ENGINE POWER expressed in kilowatts (refer to Table E ) eg: 7,5 kw = 007.5 or 18 kw = 018.0 generalfluidi.it
CVI The CVI standard hydraulic power units are manufactured to the highest quality standards at General Fluidi. The materials used can guarantee robustness, low noise and easy use, assembly and maintenance. The central CVI are designed to work with either mineral oil with vegetable oil. General Fluids uses Plantohyd N, a natural-based fluid that does not contain sulfur, chlorine, nitrogen, and does not produce toxic or hazardous elements, offering substantial technical and environmental advantages. The many possible combinations of tank capacities, maximum pressures, flows and engine powers, offers a high degree of adaptability to different installation requirements.
