MASLOW S HIERARCHY OF NEEDS If the needs at the bottom of the pyramid are not met, people cannot be focused on the higher level needs. Shows the importance of workplaces and jobs that enable people to fulfill the physiological, safety and security, and belonging needs. Then challenging and supporting people to work at the higher levels.
