Adrian Mill Team Leader Environmental and Social Sustainability Adrian Mill has over 15 years of experience in environmental and social consulting and onsite environmental and social management. He has managed the development of numerous Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) to IFC and international standards for multi-million dollar projects throughout Africa and the Middle East. Environmental auditing of such projects on behalf of international financiers has also been a large component of his work. He has additionally worked on the client side, most recently as the Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) Manager for a three phase USD $1 billion bauxite mine extension based in Guinea. As a result of his leadership, his team was recognised by Head of Mining and Infrastructure at IFC for meeting prerequisite environmental and social performance requirements under difficult conditions that secured the loan for Phase 1 of the project.
