What is MyMUNLife? Portal and Web Tool used to manage Career Development activities, and Co-operative Education job competition among other things.
What is MyMUNLife? Allows students to: Upload résumés and cover letters, Search and apply for available jobs, Manage interview schedules, Update work term confirmation information.

Co-op Education- Student Consent Form Log out, and back in to see jobs after submitting. Need to complete consent form to access co-op jobs.

Engineering Co-op - Intentions You must complete the intentions selection for each work term to view jobs.
Intentions Students will be Released into the job competition immediately upon completing Intentions and will be able to see and apply to jobs Students who select Unsure must schedule an appointment with an ASM-CE within 24 hours Failure to schedule an appointment will result in Un-releasing that student until they have met an ASM-CE.

My Engineering Docs - Adding Documents Select Correct Type
My Engineering Docs - Transcripts Transcripts must be uploaded by the student at the start of each job competition and can be updated at any time. Go to Memorial Self Service Select the Main Menu, Then the Academic Information Menu. Generate Unofficial Transcript PDF and save it. Upload into MyMUNLife like any other document, ensure it is tagged as type Transcript.
My Engineering Docs Do not delete files that you have created until the next Academic Term. Packages that have been used for postings that have expired cannot be deleted. Use file names that will help you find the right document later.

Job Search Tab Job Search Where a job description requests that you apply directly to the employer s website, please apply in MyMUNLife too. All jobs that you apply for will stay in the system. This way you can check the status of a job or review the job description before an interview.
Applications Tab Status of all Apps Cancel App.
Applications Tab You cannot make changes to the documents within your package once you have applied to a job, you must delete the application and re-apply with a new package. You can also retract an application, as long as the job is still open, by clicking Cancel Application.

Assignment #2 Create a Package and Apply on a Job Tasks: Log into MyMUNLife. Review your Personal Information, and fix in Self Service if necessary. Upload a Cover Letter, Resume, and Transcript into MyMUNLife. Create a package using your cover letter, resume, and transcript. Apply to job-id 3939 Test Job @ Memorial University using this package
Assignment #2 (Slide 2) Deadline: 9am on Monday, 15 January 2018. Complete Assignment 2 correctly on time or access to jobs will be removed and job applications will not be sent. Complete Assignment 2 on-time regardless of status of Assignment 1.
Important Final Comments (Slide 1 of 3) Only apply to jobs in the Co-op section for approved co-op positions. To see postings, complete consent form. If you see an error saying you cannot see jobs at this time, you may not be released. If classmates can see a particular job and you can t it may be in your Not Interested list.
Important Final Comments (Slide 2 of 3) Please print off and review the PDF copies of your package items before applying to any position to check for typos or distortions. Always ensure that you have selected the correct package file for each position to avoid using the wrong cover letter. Always conduct yourself professionally. Be considerate to all employers and to your classmates.
Important Final Comments (Slide 3 of 3) Apply only to jobs that you are interested in but do not be too picky! You must attend all interviews to which you have been invited. DO NOT Un Book yourself from interviews that you have already signed-up in MyMUNLife. DO NOT fail to show for job interviews without providing the Co-Op Office with advance notice.
