Scoping Kit 01 Scoping Kit This scope option helps optimize project delivery and minimize risk for the customer. The service provider executes a detailed prerequisite check for all SAP Fiori apps during joint discovery and scope validation workshop. The feasibility and implementation effort of enhancements is formally evaluated in a gap-fit analysis. The end result is a detailed scope document and change request proposal for custom enhancements. Please note the scoping kit is mandatory except where the account representative verifies the following conditions before closing the sale: customer has already identified which Fiori apps need to be deployed, no modifications of the standard Fiori screens are required (branding is not considered a modification), the back end process strictly follows SAP standard, i.e. no custom workflow, ABAP code or customizing.
