Welcome Welcome to the Cultural Council s Corporate Identity and Brand Standards Manual The Cultural Council responded to changes brought on by two significant events. First, the Council completed a new strategic plan taking it into 2016. Second, on January 18, 2012, the Cultural Council moved into a new headquarters building at 601 Lake Avenue, in Downtown Lake Worth. This new strategic plan and new headquarters building represent new opportunities to engage more people in new and exciting ways. The new facility will enable the Council to have greater visibility to more individuals, including residents, visitors, and tourists. Having street level access means that the Council will be able to provide to the general public, expanded product, services, and programs, and to promote Palm Beach County in new ways as a cultural destination and information center. With these changes the Cultural Council re-branded itself and its public image to embrace this expanded service offering to the cultural industry and those wishing to participate in cultural experiences. This new identity will take the Council into the next decade of service to the community. The Mission of the Cultural Council is: The Cultural Council enhances the quality of life and economic growth of the community by creating a cultural destination through support, education and promotion of arts and culture. The Vision is: In the next five years the Cultural Council will become one of the nation s premier support organizations for the local cultural industry, measured by the strength and value of its grant making, the quality of its programs, and the excellence of its board, staff and membership.
