The benefits of the compact extrusion construction are particularly significant for frequent product changes. 4 5 Degassing extruder - Compound changes without replacement of degassing screw Throttle gap 0 50 100% Material flow Gear pump extruder - Sound expertise for cutting-edge extrusion technology The DeSO System of the degassing extruder for production of technical rubber goods allows the user to adjust the necessary pressure required for degassing directly at the throttle gap, depending on the profile and compound requirements. The screw is axially shifted and adjusted during operation, eliminating the need for screw change. The optimal conditions for the respective rubber material can be stored in the recipe file. 6 7 Strainer extruder Thanks to its compact design a strainer extruder can be deployed anywhere in the mixing room and for production. The gentle pre-heating in the feeding screw of the gear pump can be adjusted individually for the respective mixture. Pre and finished filter units for straining guarantee perfect product quality.
